2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1.Firstly I have been in legal organisations for the past 8 months and I have gained so much experience specially in FIB, I have spent 7 months out the 8 months and I have learn many things from my superiors throughout the terms I have started my FIB journey from Mehbub Rich term to Michael Mayors term (the most recent one) and throughout these terms I have learnt many things the most basic things to the most complicated things.
2.Secondly I have served as the Assistant Director of Special Operation (most recent one) it was one of the one of top department of that term and I have past experience in almost every org GOV>NG>LSPD>FIB and Iu also have pretty good knowledge about the legislation which can help me throughout the term.
3.The third in the last thing which encourage me the most is the support from my friends and the ex FIB agents throughout my journey of FIB I really don't know from how much time there encouraging me to apply for the leadership of FIB and the last time someone told me to take the term of FIB it was actually the last one maybe.
3.Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
1.A friendly environment in the org well some directors just focus on completing the term successfully and not focusing on their agents but i will not do that I will have weekly meeting with my agents to make sure everything is going smooth between them and if there is any problem how we can fix it I will have weekly promotion ceremony to encourage my agents and give them a reason to come on duty instead of firing.
2.friendly relations with other org throughout my journey of FIB I have saw countless misunderstandment and between orgs and I want a fix it and whenever our agent gets in a fight with other org instead of sending a high command with him for a meeting I will go personally to figure out the problem and how to fix it without a whole another drama happening and I will make sure that my agents will treat other orgs with true respect and I will teach them if someone is wrong just tell them peacefully that you are wrong instead of shouting at them.
3.To built unity among the agents I will hurt some fun events were they will divided into a team and they have to work together to win the event and the events will be like a training only were they can learn things and also have some little bit of fun after all they also get bored sometimes I will make sure to do this events once in a week and I will also make sure to teach them that FIB is not only about the law it is also about learning new things.
