Reason 1: To lead the Marabunta and domination

"I want to lead the Marabunta because I can handle them and if I became leader the fear of Marabunta everyone will see. If we plan and prepare strategic operations, Store rob, Hostage situation and unite the gang members, we could be the strongest and most esteemed group in this city I have my plans if I got the term then."

Reason 2 : To establish an order and progress for the gang.

"I am passionate about ensuring that each member has an opportunity to advance within the Marabunta. With the right training, situations, and leadership, every member will grow into a skilled role player who contributes to the gang's success—whether in combat, negotiations, or other activities. This will make the Marabunta a stronger and more unit and the new people who don't know the rules will teach them all basic rules and event about the gang."

Reason 3 : To effectively manage the inner workings of the gang.

It is all about finding a delicate balance between power, resources, and relationships that should be fostered within the gang and externally outside of the gang. The efficiency and effectiveness with which things go on would concern me for everything for anything ill be responsible, right from our financial inner things and activities to our ties with other gang in the crime. I'll pay attention to how stable my leadership is while getting everyone within my gang passionate towards the same long-term perspective.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Advice 1:

Hold frequent gang events and Territory capture
"To make the RP experience more dynamic, we should have scheduled gang wars, territory raids, and faction events. These events allow the gang to engage in larger RP scenarios that involve high stakes, coordination, and intense action. Turf capture, in particular, can drive competitive spirit and foster a deeper connection to the game world."

Advice 2: Encourage realistic Rp life

rp is the most important for gang when the Player have strong motivations, background, and personal goals. and I would like to do many activities such as ghetto claping, robing and many more. " This way, interactions can be more meaningful and lead to natural rivalries with gangs or alliances."

Advice 3: Strengthen interactions with rival gangs and other organizations.

"To enhance the RP experience, we have to ensure there is constant engagement with other factions—whether through alliances, Territory dealings, or conflicts. This pushes the Marabunta to constantly evolve, build strategies, and get involved in larger plans, which makes the city feel more alive and interconnected."

2.3 Marabunta, families are my most favourite gang and i always wanted to make marabunta on top and want to declare it most dangerouse gang in whole ghetto. first thing i will be going to make sure that no favouristim in my whole term. All gang member are like bros and also there will be 0% toxicity in my term i can give u guarantee no rule break from my side and also i will try my best to make sure no mass rule break by any member of gang in whole term. I will ensure that in my term our gang is most active by doing various events like store robs, clands, BS, Fort zancudo raid daily

i) I want to become leader of marabunta because I have served as high command in many gangs and Leo's also my first gang in city was marabunta. So now I want to gain a new experience and I think being a marabunta leader will be the best for that as marabunta has its own unique location at the corner of ghetto little apart from other gangs. I like RP as a criminal side much because in gang we can take fight anytime we can do ghetto clap all illegal stuff and have fun and leos there are many rules which we have to follow.

ii) I have been in many top families. So, I have much active members who will help me in my term also I have allies with other top families by which I can complete my term without any inactivity. As I have seen previous leaders were not able to complete the term because of rule breaks, turfs and some for inactivity. But in my term I am sure nothing like this will happen I will do 100% turf, I will make sure no rule-breaks will be done so, I can complete my term in minimum or no warns.

iii) I want to make my marabunta term the best if I got the leadership. I will dominate other gangs and try to become the fastest terrorist organization. I will terrorize whole ghetto even of vagos side by which other people will think multiple times before entering ghetto. Also Leo's will be scared to do ghetto patrolling. I will also recruit some new peoples and teach them RP by which they will also get interest to do a better RP from gang side. I will keep huge bonuses by which my all gang members will be doing activities without getting bored.

i) I will not tolerate toxicity in gang. If I found someone doing toxicity then I will blacklist him from the gang because I have seen many active gangs disbanding because of their people doing toxicity.
ii) I have new innovative ideas for doing events in new locations and also creating critical situations for Leo's. By which it will be fun for both sides Leo's and gangs.
iii) I will not do any kind of favouritism in gang. I will give rank to deserving person who will show their interest in gang activities.
iv) I will recruit new players and teach them rp by which more players will take interest in rp from gang side as it's too much fun.

3-Marabunta has a very good location and it is has a so many location for solar plant by this way i can give more and more bonus to my gang members , I will make sure that when Leos see Marabunta in doing Store Robbery, FZ raid ,Gun Store Robbery or Subs , They should have some fear to fight with Marabunta members or enter and I have spent my most of the time in the gangs

I want to become the leader of Marabunta Grande because I have gained so much Knowledge about both Legal and Illegal Organisations and in fact I was the curator of Bloods and by being the curator and being in all of the gangs I know about the gangs pretty well that how the gang works and all the thing what gangs do and some more of the things that gangs has to do but because of some reasons they don't do it that is why I want to take the responsibility in my own hands and wants to show that how things work while being a Gang Leader and ORG Head I will make sure that the whole city will be in fear of My Gang (Marabunta Grande) and It is my responsibility to make the ghetto more dangerous for anyone who enter in it, After me getting the leadership all the citizens who feel that gangs don't do anything Nowadays will live in fear of My Gang's Name even If the Leos as well come with their maximum force to do the Ghetto Patrol Near My Gang Area and what I saw While being in leos that they make 3-4 circles at Marabunta Grande but If I am being the head They will not even try to do 1 Circle Cuz Entering ghetto safely is their choice But letting them Moving out from Ghetto alive is my choice and leos feel that the area of Marabunta Grande is not the main Ghetto But I asure You guys that If I get the Leadership They will never start they GP from My gang side and those people who join Marabunta will also feel like a real Gangster Cuz my main motive is not only making the ghetto Deadly but the Highways as well the whole outercity part Going alone for anyone can never be a good option in ghetto or Outside of city, It dosen't matter if the whole Sahp comes to Patrol Highway together with Fib I will always Dominate them and make them feel like helpless and useless for citizens there can be only 2 option for citizens to live in city either stay in the city area or just die beacuse leos are not able to protect them anymore, I will try my all best to make this term of Marabunta Grande the deadliest and the most Historic term of all time.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

Ans. There are so many things that I can help with to Improve the roleplay in Organisation and some of them are :

1. Providing my gang members their daily wages for being in my Org, and helping they Grow their own Destiny.

2. Weekly meeting for What is the Performance of Gang in the game.

3. Doing more IC events created by my fellow Gangsters to make the city feel How it actually happens In Real Life.

4. Making a Good and Healthy relation with other orgs as well OOCly and maintaining positivity.

5. By creating a Positive and Quality roleplay after when people come to join.

6. No Toxicity will be done in the Org as well as with the other Orgs.

2.1 When I had joined grand rp i always wanted to join a gang as i thought being in a gang would change my life. But at that time i knew very little about the rules. My first choice was Marabunta as i had loved the colour of the gang. The high commands of Marabunta also taught me about the rules and from that point onwards Marabunta became my favourite gang.
2.2 Being in a gang i can get involved in a lot of criminal activities in which i am interested from a long while and after seeing the gang Marabunta i can feel that Marabunta is the correct place to get this much experience for its position of hq, lovely interface and high quality of experienced gang members. So I think its another proper reason of being the leader of this gang.
2.3 I have visited most of the gangs of EN2 Server but i have saw the proper manners and the terror of Marabunta the most as

For improving RolePlay level in the organization there will be a separate graffiti team which will be lead by the graffiti leader, also a good turfing team which will respond to every events some examples are clands, battleship, 24/7 Store Robbery, Gun Store Robbery, FZ Raids, Subs,etc.My members will hire people based on their knowledge and experience.

2.1 I want to be the Leader of marabunta because I have seen a big drop of activity in marabunta as compared to before terms and in ghetto before there was only one name famous for gang was marabunta and now it has been started counting in Inactive gang. In earlier terms gangs were really involved in events and the leaders that brought a lot of energy to the ghetto. Now, it feels like many leaders have stepped back. And have been only playing for there position only not for the gang. I believe I can bring that excitement back to marabunta . I have been in a lot of gangs with some great leaders, and I have learned a lot from them. I want to use what i have learned to make the gang active, fun, and organized.

2.2 I believe I have good leadership skills. I have seen what is going wrong and what needs to change. With my experience, I can keep marabunta on top. It is important to have the good deputies who can run events and manage the gang when I am not in city . They need to be active and capable so that everything runs smoothly. I want the gang to be active in the ghetto, doing sprays every hour and running smoothly. I’m good at leading because I have been high command in Gangs before also.

First of all I have what it take to be a leader of Marabunta as I had past leadership expierence of gang ( FAMILIES & VAGOS) I know how gangs works and what to do and what not to. I have developed strong communication skills during my journey from a rookie member to a Leader. On Addition I like Marabunta Hq so much, behind Hq we can do hostage situation, we get a part of ghetto where only Hq of Marabunta.

I will try my best to be available at most gang events and guide my gang. I will be there if my gang got fight with another gang. We will rob the whole ghetto together and have fun. We will make the ghetto active as hell like it was before.

I saw that the Marabunta Grande not able to complete its previous term well enough with me being the leader I will complete full term with most activities, I will not be like those previous leaders who didn't perform their job as leader but got their gangs disbanded so soon because of their lack of expierence, I will be ready to face challenges that marabunta is going through now. I will make the ghetto active as much as possible and keep my members engaged in gang activities. I will be giving out bonuses to boost the moral of my members which keep them motivated. When I am not in the city I will make sure that my deputies are capable of doing any activity without me. I will treat all gang members equally and avoid showing favoritism. I will try my best to do 100% turf for Marabunta and make it on top. I also saw that only Families is dominating in turf but I got this responsibility of leading marabunta I will make sure we get the 100% turf even though marabunta is left with only 1 territory.

2 . I Want To Become A Leder Of Marabunta Because I Want To Expirence How Leder Works In The Org And Also I Have A Expirence Of High Command In Many Orgs ...
. I would also like to keep my gang very active like most gangs these days are very inactive and members do not show up to event sor backup calls. I would like to implement warning systems like I have in my family to keep it active and working into my gang. 3 warnings would be a kick. A warning would be handing out to one after either not showing up to an event, ignoring high command or refusing to help the gang at all in any way shape or form. I think this system would help to make marabunta the best gang in the city as all or at least most of our members would be actively willing and excited to participate in events and to entice people into turning up we would offer generous bonuses depending on events.

. will try to make things in a convincing way. For example you if we need to be serious, we will; if we need to have fun, we will again. In this way everyone can experience all the good and bad feelings in a tune. I'm going to attend events as much as possible so if you need to be happy and taste this feeling, you will know that you need to grind hard for it. Our mentality will be like ''a rolling stone gathers no moss'' so we can provide the continuance in this gang I hope.
