(i) I joined Grand RP around July, played a little bit then but started to play a lot more around September. At first everything was very difficult for me and I didn't understand certain things. But whenever I asked admins to help me out they were always on standby and happy to help out. They are one of the main reasons I was so dedicated to this project. I became an DOC officer after a bit because of the extensive help I got, after that my career jumped up and I went on the become HC in multiple terms for different organizations. With all the experience I've gotten from crime organizations and legal organizations I think it's time I go out and help out the people who were in my place back when I started out. I want to make sure everyone understands the rules and are able to figure out how to succeed in this project.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
The main reason is I wanna help players who are suffering from problems and I wanna solve their problems and the reason for leaving RP-Life is I saw some citizens are doing against the rules but we are the citizens and state employees that we can't do any thing so this is the main reason to me to become admin, i don't wanna see the citizen to see in this type of situation. You may think about my IC age as 2 but i have an experince in EN-3 as a high command in SAHP , LSPD & GOV and also i worked as an ASSISTANT ADMIN if i get a chance i can prove my self .

- Can handle more than 2 members who are facing different type of problems with patience and solve it.

Why do you want to become an admin and step away from RP-life?
I think that I gained as much experience as possible by joining every single organization whether it is an illegal organization or a legal organization as a high highcommand, and gained as much experience as possible and Finally I have decided to leave this RP life and become an Admin because I have observed many people doing many rule breaks and they also do many things which spoil the RP for many people and don't let other people enjoy the RP life properly that's why I have decided to leave my RP and dive into the Adminship life to reduce the rule breaks made by people and make RP life better as much as possible!
What are your strengths?
1) My Greatest Strength is My Calmness. Before Making Any Decision, I carefully understand it and then make my Decision. Also, I always Stand with the Right People and listen to both sides of the situation before providing justice.
2)I am a very very quick learner which makes me an enthusiastic guy which makes it easy to learn and adapt to new things as fast as I can.

1) While explaining something to people I overexplain a few times.

1) During my RP life, I have observed many admins punishing new players without explaining to them why they got their punishment. However, I have decided that when I become an admin, I will explain their mistake to the new players and give them a warning first without directly punishing them. I will also explain the rule break they made in the hope that they won't do that same kind of rule break in the future.
2) I will try my best to make the RP better which attracts more and more people to join RP life and be a part of it.
3) As a high command rank in every single organization I have joined, I have developed a skill to complete the tasks that are assigned to me with the best output possible within the due date.

I had a lot of experiences in RP life and now i want to leave the RP life and make server more secure and enjoyable, i was Ex EN01 Player Ex 03 Player I was Ex 28 rank in all orgs in all EN cities, and if i became admin i try my best to make player happy and enjoyable .i spend 3.5 year in Grand Roleplay now i want some different things in my life. and there is my lot of friends in admin team so i also want to play with them and enjoy my upcomming admin life.

I personally have experienced every sector of this city at this point after working in another city for almost a year and shifting to this one i feel like am ready to be a admin and contributing to a project that i have played for more than a year i have experienced every organization have gained experience still need more experience and will be a wonderful and helpful admin with answering all questions anyone asks , i feel like i would rather help new comers now rather than grinding everything again in a whole new city, hope you see this as a good cause.
