2.1 When I had joined grand rp i always wanted to join a gang as i thought being in a gang would change my life. But at that time i knew very little about the rules. My first choice was Vagos as i had loved the colour of the gang. The high commands of Vagos also taught me about the rules and from that point onwards Vagos became my favourite gang.
2.2 Being in a gang i can get involved in a lot of criminal activities in which i am interested from a long while and after seeing the gang Vagos i can feel that Vagos is the correct place to get this much experience for its position of hq, lovely interface and high quality of experienced gang members. So I think its another proper reason of being the leader of this gang.
2.3 I have visited most of the gangs of EN2 Server but i have saw the proper manners and the terror of Vagos the most as
in the last term Vagos was on top so I just want to continue the legacy and break the latest record of all the previous leaders.
So I think its enough as the final reason to own this OG terrorist organization
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
For improving RolePlay level in the organization there will be a separate graffiti team which will be lead by the graffiti leader, also a good turfing team which will respond to every events some examples are clands, battleship, 24/7 Store Robbery, Gun Store Robbery, FZ Raids, Subs,etc.My members will hire people based on their knowledge and experience.

A. I have spent the last one and half years fully immersed in this role-playing project, getting various experiences across a range of criminal operations. Vagos was my first organization in the RP world during the reign of Hardik Royal, where I gradually rose to become an OG. It was a spark for this gang life, and now, I want to take on The Hotshot Posse under the wings of Vagos.

B. I enjoy the freedom of gang life from the shackles of laws or professionalism in legal organizations-this whole idea gives me the opportunity to be completely immersed in the raw, unfiltered dynamics of the RP world. Just as Vagos gave me a place to grow, I want to extend the same opportunity to newcomers, helping them kick-start their role-playing careers in a dynamic yet wholesome environment.

C. Vagos has given me opportunities, making me what I am today, and therefore, I have a relationship with it that is greater than with any other gang. - I want to become the Leader of Vagos because I have seen a drop in activity in the activity of gangs and Vagos gang as well in EN2 lately. In earlier terms of EN2, all gang members were all engaging in events and roleplaying that really brought the energy to the ghetto. But now, many leaders have reduced their engagement in events. I believe I can bring back that energy back into the ghetto.

- I have seen too many leaders breaking promises and failing to engage in activities constantly, which has led to a lot of gangs being disbanded. Some are overly focused on their own turf and do not pick good deputies, making things worse. I am passionate about getting Vagos active again, and bringing back the competition and energy we have been missing in the ghetto and events.

- I want to lead Vagos because I am committed to keeping the gang active and engaged. I will ensure my personal involvement in key events like clands, store robberies etc. I will encourage competition with other gangs and even legal organizations. By recognizing and rewarding our most active members, I will keep everyone motivated through various bonus systems, constant events and opportunities.

3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

- I have no tolerance for toxic individuals. I will ensure that my gang is completely free from negativity and harmful behavior. We will hire experienced people who know how to lead events for ensuring reduced amount of rule breaks.

- I will appoint deputies from various time zones to ensure activity around the time zones, even when I am not available. We will work hard to follow the rules and make sure there are as few rule breaking incidents as possible. Anyone who wants to join will have to go through a interview process to make sure they enough understand about the gang activities.

- We will also have fun roleplaying with legal organizations, coming up with new and unique hostage situations and other exciting scenarios. I will ensure that all organization members feel like we are one big, friendly family, treating everyone with respect.

(i). Firstly I feel like this organization is the perfect start for me as a leader on this project, I have gained enough experience in Roleplay.

(ii). I have been High Command in Bloods, Marabunta, Families and Ballas as Under Deputy and have been Deputy of Los Santos Vagos, I have good experience of leading a group of people.

(iii). I have seen that since the unofficial family system came people are showing less interest in gangs as they can do every activity like gang in an unofficial family and I wanna change that and want to bring the old excitement about the gangs and the thrill people are missing about gangs.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

(i). Firstly, These days Roleplay quality of the server is getting terrible day by day because of favouritism, people invites their friends and give them higher ranks even though they don't have knowledge about gang or have experience of being a gangster.
Me personally won't do any kind of favouritism in gang which will improve overall Roleplay quality as I will have knowledgable gangster in my gang with rank according to their experience and knowledge about the gang.

(ii). Secondly, I will make sure to appoint deputies of all the necessary timezones, so we can be the most active gang in the city.

(iii). I will try to make sure that my gang will do all the Criminal activities like Gun Store Robbery, Hostage Situation, Fort Zancudo Raid, BattleShip, Clandestine, etc.

(iv). I will make sure that my gang do proper high quality Roleplay while Gun Store Robberies and Hostage Situations with proper use of /me /do /try /todo commands and not like others who does short and terrible Roleplay while doing these activities.

(v). I will make a perfect turf leader & team with experience to try to achieve 100% turf in my term.

(vi). I won't tolerate a single rule break by my gang members even if they are my friends or knowns, rules apply on everyone and they will get instant removal from the gang no matter how small the rule break is.

- By seeing my activity and knowledge the Los Santos Vagos leader called me for Deputy and I've been deputy for Los Santos Vagos i did my job very sincerely and honestly and the HQ of the Vagos gives a good vibe to me more as it looks awesome.

- I will improve RP by doing all type of events like gunstores,clands,battleships,etc.. and we need to improve the rp from the both sides gangs and aswell leos by doing stores and all and i promise to hire people who have knowledge and give knowledge about the rules if they dont know and hire good deputies to handle in the day as well as in nights when i am not be there so they can handle the situations.

- Before entering the organization, members will be required to be tested on most Roleplay and Ghetto rules!!

- And the main reason is that lately there are less and less criminal actions on the server and Roleplay is getting smaller, I would like to change that and improve the Roleplay on this server, so that there are more criminal actions.

- Gun store robberies - There is also a function for the gang to attack the store 24/7, I will focus on this one because the gun store robbery is a function that only the gang can use. Heists like these are currently performed with minimal RP. It all boils down to I have (two) hostages, "okay bring them", "here are the hostages, give me 200k for both and let's shoot". There is no RP there, we as bandits should RP mentally unstable criminals who are ready to kill an innocent hostage at any moment, negotiations with us should be a headache for the police and should take time, the police should convince us not to kill the hostage and that let's save him, and we play mentally unstable crazy people who don't care. With that way of RP, I think that the police would also be delighted, they would be given the task of convincing us not to kill the hostage and their role in RP would be exciting.

- i want to be leader of vagos because ill been in this gang for too much time before and i exercise my roleplay in many positions of this gang (Deputy/UnderDeputy/Turfer/Spray Team leader) and its time for me to be take to leadership and being in related of all of this job that i managed before

-Since I came in city my first I've always wanted to join a gang as I was curious about there roles and how its function but as incoming times I got to know about every event and I would promise that I will provide the gangs max activity at each and every event. I want to make sure that the lowest level members of the gang should know every rule as I want to make a strong connection with my gang to be more compatible with each other and understand each other.

-I plan on going for 100% turf during a gang term under my leadership and the team that I have selected good members and a good turf team to help with that, we plan on having the most numbers at all events and being the toughest opponent for the opposing gangs and would like to give them a challenge at this gang.

-Bonuses: believe that bonuses are a big part of an organization, and giving bonuses will motivate people to go into events. We can invite people who know the basic rules and know enough to be in a gang.

-Experienced People: Hiring only the experienced people can also improve roleplay, as newbies in the city do not know much about the rules and I think that if we invite the more "better roleplayers", we will be able to improve overall roleplay by following the server rules.

-Getting Members: Hiring is an important process of any organisation, and it is needed to get into the gang. I think that we can invite a lot of people, as I can invite my family and friends. This will improve overall roleplay as we will be able to have large numbers which means we can host a lot of events.

-Events: I plan to host as much events as possible, such as going to clands, hosting store robberies /1 gun store robbery daily

-Graffiti: I plan to also have all 46 graffitis in the Ghetto im well memorized of locations of graffitis.

-Turfs: I Have best turf team in city easy %100 and we will be the best turf team that most following the rules of turf
