1) I have been playing Grand RP for about 1 or 1.5 years. I have experienced all the situations. I have been the high command in many gangs many times. Now I feel that I can manage the gang term very well, I have all the gang experience, now I want to be a leader of Vagos.

2) I am seeing that the ghetto seems empty without gangs and there are also fewer members in clans, so I will hire maximum members in my term and I will attend all the events with max members and do something that all the members enjoy and have fun, along with that I will be friendly with my members.

3) I was the first leader of the Los Nomadas gang in RP Grand Mobile and my tenure was successful and I also had 100% turf. I was also a deputy several times in RP Grand, so I think I can have a successful term in EN2 and I can also have 100% turf.

Ans.-

Reason #i am working under many gang and stayed as a highcommand so I know how to manage the whole gang and how a gang works. But I also wanna experience and test my leadership skills by becoming the leader of a Los Santos Vagos. Because It is located at good place near beach market.

Reason #2 - From past few months all the gangs are very inactive and ghetto is empty most of the times. So I want to change this and I want to spread fear of ghetto again by making my term one of the most active term.because i see in every gang that all member get 14 rank easily and don't know the rules. I will not promote anyone without knowledge of gangs and take a proper interview of highcommand so they can give small and basic training to every new comers in gang. Like how to ghetto clapping, highway robbery, etc.

Reason #3- I have support from 2-3 families who have been playing in Gangs from more than a year and some have also been a leader of many gangs. So I know they will help me in making my term one of the most active terms till now and I hope I will run the organization without any rule breaks and warns.

1. Since The Start Of my rp journey I'm related to illegal organization, specifically Los Santos Vagos. My First Organization Was Los Santos Vagos In which I learned most of the rules, ways of robbing, steal cars, and furthermore. I Wanna serve as leader of Los Santos Vagos. I have been deputy of this organization 2 times and now have enough courage to pull off a term.

I Have various plans for my term such as changes in bonus system, organization warn control system, and now want to apply it to my term as i will be freer to apply it to my own term rather than applying in someone else term while being a deputy. I want to broaden the way a illegal organization works, I want to change things which aren't relevant as a illegal organization with the help of my Hcs , Deputies and Curators...

I Have seen my terms, and served as deputy for 8 terms in city 2 and 1 term in city 3, and now i have plans to takedown all difficulties which will result in smooth rp in the organization. I Have plans to broaden the bonus system by FZ Raids, Ammo runs, store robbery. With the help of my 4 deputies, I Can conquer Turfs, Clands , Store and Gun store robbery, Fort Zancudo raids and all other aspects that makes an organization successful.

2.1) As leadership of Vagos in Grand RP it takes lot of power to run the organization because it requires a lot experience to build cooperations within the organization and to enjoy the gang experience and role-play as being in the gang. As a leader of the Los Santos Vagos I would like to study leadership quality while generating wealth and establishing long lasting success of the gang within the RP world by taking leadership of Vagos, I would like to gain the power to recruit members and forge alliance leading to growth of Vagos.
