2.1 - Having a long criminal experience made me think it is time for me to take the gang's lead and become the right example for each member.

We will be aiming for record hitting numbers of events, at least around 70+ a week, and we will also be getting our 100% turf rates while we do that.

1. Ballas will be doing 1 Gunstore, and 1 24/7 Store Robbery minimum every day.

2. We will be attending every single Cland everyday.

3. We will be doing FZ every second day, at least 1-2 times.

4. Members will receive big bonuses for attending events, aswell as bonuses for achieving rank ups

5. Toxicity leads to a non fun RP experience. So we will try avoid it if possible

6. Everyone has to grind for their ranks the way everyone else has to.

7. I will bring activity to every event I can, and will be hitting numbers such as 80+ ppl in the city at a time

8. I will bring unique RP to every event I can do so. So it doesn’t get stale

9. I will make sure we turf on every turf day, and that all formats are correct

10. I will try being a different variety of events to the gang each day

2.1 I have been playing on the en1 server for almost 3 years and I have been in the gangs for 2 years now I feel like a part of them and I can never leave the gangs and of course I gained a lot of experiences during this time and upon the advice of a friend I decided to play on the en2 server and from the moment I came here I loved it very much and because of my experience I think I can manage a gang perfectly without making any mistakes Of course my in-game level is low since I come from en1 but I trust myself and my experience I think I know all the gang rules I think I will blow my wind.


2.2 While playing in En1, my favorite gang was Vagos and I was there as deputy 1 times and under deputy rank many times, I gained a lot of experience, and since my favorite color is purple, there was a great bond between me and Vagos This is the main reason why I chose this gang and my aim is to manage the gang in the best way possible without any Warnings.


2.3 And I have a lot of friends and a big family behind me who have supported me since I came to this server. I thank them very much for always supporting me and I think we will all do very good things together and be strong enough to manage the city.


3. Your advice for improving Role Play in the organization.

I think the biggest mistake made in gangs is that everyone is given the Hc rank and they invite people who don't know the rules, so there will be chaos in the gang and there will be a lot of rule mistakes and the gang will get a lot of warnings and be disbanded. To prevent this, I will choose all my Hcs from very experienced people and I will have a good interview,and will warn the hcs dont invite person who cant pass the interwiev Also, I will do everything to prevent our gang from being active, I will try to participate in all events with the maximum number of members and the vagos are the best gang in the city. I will do my best to make it happen, don't doubt that and I have seen high-ranking people in gangs treat other members badly and bully them before. If I take the gang, I will create a family environment like the name of the gang, everyone will be respected and no one will be superior to anyone else, hcs will teach and help the new members of the gang, the rules of the vagos, and I want to participate in all gang activities together with the maximum number of people and I will do everything I can to achieve this.
