Reason 1: The first gang I joined after coming into the server was Ballas, I was very mesmerised with what I saw. People helping out each other, standing up for each other, it was very fun while it lasted and I embrace all moments I spent there. Now I want to do something for myself and build a legacy for myself in this esteemed server. My passion towards criminal roleplay motivates me to foster a great term.

Reason 2: I think of myself as a helper, I met my fam members not too long ago who helped me learn all the RP elements and fostered an interested within me towards roleplay. I want vagos in my term to be such a gang where people are connected and help each other out rather than bringing someone down. I want to help newbies to learn about criminal roleplay and experience criminal RP in detail.

Reason 3: I always like to look at things from a different perspective, this habit of mine allows me to look at a situation with unique POV's. Even if I am a leader and someone is facing any trouble in my org, I will look into that situation from a normal members POV, an HC's POV and completely understand the severity of a situation. This helps me to make better decisions and be precise with them.

2.1 When i joined grand rp i had my most inetrest and attraction towards gangs as they did a lot of events and also vagos was my first gang and also i like the color yellow. When i joind the project i did not knew much rules but as of now i am a experienced player and i know all the rules.
2.2 As of talking about experience i have experience of deputy and under deputy in almost all the gangs and i also know how a gang works and how to run a gang properly.
2.3 I belive that i have Leadership Qualities and i can handle a gang properly without any inner conflicts and being in a gang i can do alot of criminal activities and i can make the vagos the best and the top gang in the EN 2 server and i will hire active,experienced players and teach the newbies rules and i will try to not be harsh and be freindly towards all the gang members.

3.1 For improving Roleplay Level in organization there will be a seprate graffiti team which will focus on graffities and there will be also a seprate turf team which willtake part in turfs, store robbery, Fz raid and all kinds of events And also There will not be any kind of favorism in my term and i will try to maintain the disicpline in gang and try to complete my term without a single warn and try to make vagos the best gang.

I would like to try to lead a faction on your large sever because I already know vagos on smaller sever so I already know how I can lead the organization and here are a few ic information that I would enforce.

The main goal of us will be the arms trade because the arms make more sales than the drugs and make the family one of the strongest they should be.
Obtaining information will be driven by torture, we will find the person who is from the army or something, take them with us and torture them until they have spat everything out, but if they don't get anything out, they will be knocked down in a not so nice place.
The personal protection is a bit difficult teamer but is not so easy to find it will depend on the payment how many guys will stay with the person but would say a maximum of 3-4 people because that should be enough except for the person we are in Protect should come into the SG a small action is started which is not so good / SG. Storming.
But one of our most important goals is to improve the Mafia Rp again. We find it very one-sided at the right time and we want to change something about it. This also applies to many areas, as these are occupied by Mara or Ballas and it is therefore very one-sided.
