my advices for improving Role Play level in organization is remove toxicity is very important because toxicity is the thing who destroy the relation talk politely is important to have a conversation and built trust with each other, as a leader of gang i should check that we are attending every single clands, battleship, 24/7 Store Robbery, fz raid, gun store. every graffiti leader have 3-4 member who do graffiti and take bonus.

bonus play a major role to have a successful term so i will give big amount of bonus so our member engaged with all gang activity.

1.I want 100% turf ( for that i hire best of best turfers)
2.i want 100% graffiti profit (for that i make some graffiti leader they have 3-4 member they do graffiti every hour for big bonus)

- 1 ) I want to make the ghetto more active also to be sure for not breaking any rule ( inviting for level 5 or more ) also by giving people a good idea about gangs as aa Vagos .
- 2 ) I will be present with my gang every event ( batlle ship , gun store robbery , store roberry , fz raid , raid other gangs ... ) .
- 3 ) I have a lot of friends who can help me to make it the best gang .
- 4 ) I'm going to make RP better in the gang by making interactions with legal organizations more fun and interesting.
- 5 ) I will make sure that the person, who is joining my gang, will go through a proper IC quiz and if our gang HCs finds out that he knows all the ghetto and general rules, we will recruit him, so that there won't be any chance of fail RP from the organization members. 3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

• Ensure everyone understands their role and expectations in both everyday RP and special events.
• Engage with legal and illegal groups to create more dynamic, multifaceted RP scenarios.
• My priority will always be to support my gang members first. I will ensure that no matter their rank, every member feels secure and valued within the organization. If any member is facing a tough situation, I will step in to help, providing guidance and protection. Even those in the lowest ranks will receive the same care and attention as higher-ranked members. Their well-being and security within the gang will always come first, and I will create an environment where everyone feels safe and supported, no matter their position.
• Fun, unity, and support within the gang, ensuring that everyone feels like part of a close-knit group. However, when a serious RP situation arises, it’s crucial that everyone shifts into a serious mindset. 2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

2.1-This was my first gang when I get in the los Santos City (Vagos) I will make sure that when leos see Vagos in doing store robbery ,FZ raid ,gun store robbery or subs , They should have some fear to fight with Vagos members or enter and I have spent my most of the time in the Vagos only

2.2 I will make a meeting among the Vagos members in every 3 days and weekly meetings with HIGH COMMAND
In the meeting they will tell me what that have done I these days and where they need help , in there sessions we will tell the some more rules to them or we will clear there doubts if they are confused in any rule, by this way we will hardly get the warning on the gang because no one will do rule break and they will get the know lead also that how deal with any situation .

2.3- Vagos has a very good location and it is the best location for solar plant so i can give more and more bonus to my gang members , I will make sure that when Leos see Vagos in doing Store Robbery, FZ raid ,Gun Store Robbery or Subs , They should have some fear to fight with Vagos members or enter and I have spent my most of the time in the gang only

3.1 Vagos will do event like store Robbery, FZ Raid ,Gun Store Robbery or subs on the daily bases
3.2 I will give maximum amount of bonus as they have also contributed to make Vagos all the time and they will get there bonus timely
3.3 Favoritism and power miss uses will not be expected any more in my gang
3.4 I will make sure that all 46 graffities locations are under Vagos and no one can paint over the graffities
3.5 we will manage to take more and more turf members in our gang ( I have 14 turf member right now ) but i will still search for others for 100% turf
3.6 I will give the ranks to the deserving members only

- As I Been In GANG Org With Deputys, Now I Have this Much Experience To Take Leadership. if i got leader i dont want to make term like previous leaders i want to make, i will focus on expanding the gang's activity. and make term without any verbal and warning.
