Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

1) Bloods was the first gang I joined when I initially arrived, it has a reputation for giving the finest term to whoever joins it, and I will follow suit, making this gang the best gang in the city.

2) I am active, and I believe I am capable of leading an organization. I was highly ranked in every organisation I was a part of, therefore I have a lot of experience. I am capable of organizing and guiding others!

3) I can assure you that I will not be toxic, and I am capable of handling problems with composure and coolness i can easily handle difficult situation i dont get panic too easily i have experienced as high commands in every gang so its easy for me.

Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

1) In order to keep the organization as far away from punishment as possible, I plan to abide by the server's rules as much as I can, i will take only only that people in gang who knows the server rules firstly if they wanna join they will required to give interview.

2) I would divide the organization into sectors to cover all possible events such as "Robberies, Graffiti, Turfs and so on...
It would improve RP on my part and of course the people in my organization are already capable and responsible who know the rules and laws of the city very well so that the training of new members would also raise the Gang members to a higher level of Gang.

3) every week people would receive bonuses,promotion,car access for their effort and commitment to the organization and for their activity.

-Since the time that i started to be part of the gangs, i have been involved consistently in gangs and gained a lot of experience each of them. From the early days until now, i have learned a lot of fine points. I served as a deputy in the term leaded by Desmukh Vedang, which was one of the most active gang terms in the city, Furthermore, almost the all other terms that i have joined i was under deputy. I have the confident with the experience that i have and i can be a good leader.
-My second reason i will turn the Bloods gang into the gang that controls the dark side of the entire city, and in this way, Los Santos will be under control. I chose my deputies who are experienced and whom I can trust in this regard. So, even when I am not around, they will govern as if there was a leader. Giving rank depends on who deserves it.

- I will be a leader who is teaching people about city and crime I am doing it well who was my deputy did leadership as well I like teach people as future leaders thanks to this people will learn with me. I will let my members feel free to make crime in city everytime people will earn and fun under my leadership in Bloods. I trust myself and my deputies it will be great.

1. I will organize Store Robberies, Hostage Situations, Highway Robberies, FZ Raids
2. Toxic people will not be tolerated. Will be kicked or blacklisted
3. Inexperienced players will not be able to reach high ranks.
4. Each gang member must have at least 10 years of experience in the city and will need to know the rules well.

1. I have now been deputy in most of the gangs before and I have the knowledge and understanding of helping running a gang and the events .
The times i have been in gangs i have lead for us to win vheicle theft, store robberies and all the other events.

2. Within the time I have done so that multipule gangs has the chance to become the most wanted gang in the state.
Becuse i have the motivation to go to all the events and have alot of fun aswell.

3. I have been playing this game now for over 3 years, and i have much experience in both legal orgs and gangs. I know all the basic rules that i will need to know when i am gonna be leader of bloods.


3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.

1. First thing that I believe is neccesary for good RP and succesful term is having good deputies who know the server rules and can deal with situations in my absense .

2. Secondly ,i want to make sure that before anybody joins the gang i will get my HC to give them an good interwiew that i know they can be trusted to join my gang

3.Third and one of the most important thing is maintaining discipline in the organizations and make sure that nobody wil breake any rules and no fighting within the gang. we treat our gangs as FAMILY.
