1) Bloods was the first gang I joined when I initially arrived, it has a reputation for giving the finest term to whoever joins it, and I will follow suit, making this gang the best gang in the city.

2) I am active, and I believe I am capable of leading an organization. I was highly ranked in every organisation I was a part of, therefore I have a lot of experience. I am capable of organizing and guiding others!

3) I can assure you that I will not be toxic, and I am capable of handling problems with composure and coolness i can easily handle difficult situation i dont get panic too easily i have experienced as high commands in every gang so its easy for me.

Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

1) In order to keep the organization as far away from punishment as possible, I plan to abide by the server's rules as much as I can, i will take only only that people in gang who knows the server rules firstly if they wanna join they will required to give interview.

2) I would divide the organization into sectors to cover all possible events such as "Robberies, Graffiti, Turfs and so on...
It would improve RP on my part and of course the people in my organization are already capable and responsible who know the rules and laws of the city very well so that the training of new members would also raise the Gang members to a higher level of Gang.

3) every week people would receive bonuses,promotion,car access for their effort and commitment to the organization and for their activity.

-Since the time that i started to be part of the gangs, i have been involved consistently in gangs and gained a lot of experience each of them. From the early days until now, i have learned a lot of fine points. I served as a deputy in the term leaded by Desmukh Vedang, which was one of the most active gang terms in the city, Furthermore, almost the all other terms that i have joined i was under deputy. I have the confident with the experience that i have and i can be a good leader.
-My second reason i will turn the Bloods gang into the gang that controls the dark side of the entire city, and in this way, Los Santos will be under control. I chose my deputies who are experienced and whom I can trust in this regard. So, even when I am not around, they will govern as if there was a leader. Giving rank depends on who deserves it.

1. First thing that I believe is neccesary for good RP and succesful term is having good deputies who know the server rules and can deal with situations in my absense .

3.Third and one of the most important thing is maintaining discipline in the organizations and make sure that nobody wil breake any rules and no fighting within the gang. we treat our gangs as FAMILY.

2.2 -BLOOD STREET GANG has a very good location and it is the best location for solar plant so i can give more and more bonus to my gang members , I will make sure that when Leos seeBLOOD STREET GANG in doing Store Robbery, FZ raid ,Gun Store Robbery or Subs , They should have some fear to fight with BLOOD STREET GANG members or enter and I have spent my most of the time in the gang only
2.3- I will make a meeting among the BLOOD STREET GANG members in every 3 days and weekly meetings with HIGH COMMAND
In the meeting they will tell me what that have done I these days and where they need help , in there sessions we will tell the some more rules to them or we will clear there doubts if they are confused in any rule, by this way we will hardly get the warning on the gang because no one will do rule break and they will get the know lead also that how deal with any situation .

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in Organization.

3.1 BLOOD STREET GANG will do event like store Robbery, FZ Raid ,Gun Store Robbery or subs on the daily bases
3.2 Favoritism and power miss uses will not be expected any more in my gang
3.3 I will give maximum amount of bonus as they have also contributed to make BLOOD STREET GANG all the time and they will get there bonus timely
3.4 we will manage to take more and more turf members in our gang ( I have 14 turf member right now ) but i will still search for others for 100% turf
3.5 I will make sure that all 46 graffities locations are under BLOOD STREET GANG and no one can paint over the graffities
3.6 I will give the ranks to the deserving members only

My first and main reason is that I want to be the leader of this Organization is because I want to run an active organization with fun, but most importantly I wanna lead an active organization. I want to provide my great leadership skills to this great organization.

Second reason is I want to live this leadership as my daily duty to my organization to make sure that I am making the organization a great place for everyone and making sure that all the members are keeping great motivation for the Org and are wanting to progress through the ranks. Everyone will be treated family and be treated with the up most respect. I will give people opportunities at new thing's whether that be them being on the Turf Team, etc.

Third reason is , I want to make Bloods not only an active Organization but letting people have equal opportunities by allowing them to try new things and I want to as a leader to teach them how to do certain stuff and how to do it efficiently so they can progress in the gang and in the city itself. Everyone will be treated with respect and treated Family by me and other members and my High Command.

I have personally noticed that Gangs has eventually become all about Turfs and less about Clands/Ghetto Fights/and robberies.
I would advice all the organizations to indulge more into RP, I have personally noticed how no gang ever tries to hit NGs Ammo run or encashment as well. I would want to mantain good terms with the other organization leaders and do such events where LEOs stands as a strong pillar. To make things short, I simply want to improve the relation Illegal Org leaders have among each other. I want to promote collaboration among the gangs to instigate more dominance in the city..
