About the Party and Candidate
I am William Carrter, a 32 year old (ic) man. When I came to city almost 2.5 years ago, I didnt know anything about the city. But slowly slowly i gained much experiecnce in the city. first of all i did only taxi driver job as i didnt knew anything that time. Slowly slowly then after that I joined department of correctios first time when there was open recruitment going on. After the interview I joined and it was my first job or professional job. Then after sometime taking experience, then i go to every org to join one by one. So after 1.5 years I had a very good experience of city and all the major things. I have experience in every single org except national gaurd. From the day one I only had interest in legal side. So i dont have much expereince of gangs. Then after sometime I joined the government again in Lilith Mage term and slowly got good rank there. Also joined doj and junior state attorney. And then promoted to director in Vanilla's temp term. Then after the government got disbanded I think to make a party named SAN ANDREAS SOVERIEGN PARTY for the well being of citizen. Then I made the party on 26-01-2025 and there are many members in my party.
Our Objectives and Campaign Promises:
1. Active Human Resource: Hr department will be active as much as they can. They would do open recruitment when needed and always available to get new employees to join the government.
2. Ending corruption: Corruption will not be there and whovever does it get severe results of it. Corruption is not a good thing it need to be eradicated so that there is smooth running.
3. Active usss: There hc and cos will make sure that everyone is standing at capitol when its opening time of capitol. Every agent will have good training and always give gun liscence and house insurance in a good way to every citizen who wants.
4. Manning doc: We will also make sure that there is always a person at doc and always help the criminal who are in jumsuit. Always make sure that one person or one agent is always present at doc for criminals and taking care of doc.

About Me:
I am Niberious Rizz, and I came to this city 23 years ago, completely new and unaware of how things worked. I ended up living with a family that barely knew me, and life wasn’t easy. There came a day when I had no choice but to find work, so I got a job as a farmer. It covered my expenses, but that wasnt enough. I wanted more. I wanted to be someone everyone knows, someone who never has to think twice about money before making a deal. I worked hard, then got into piloting, something I always loved. Passed my test, got my license, became a pilot, and it paid well. Later, my family pushed me to join law enforcement, so I did, worked for years experiencing almost every law enforcement organization along with Military, and then got into the Department of Justice. As a senior state attorney up to this date, I saw how bad the city needed leadership. No governor for months, corruption everywhere and on 11th of February 2025, this party was established by me. The motive, is clear. It is all about making the Government the best ever once again!

Law : We will take the laws should be followed by each and everyone where it shouldnt bias or corrpted.
Justice: Our party will treat every citizens as equally gives the justice to each and everyone.
Corruption Free: As we will make sure that the state employee never be corrputed and we make the state as corruption free.
i have saw that many officers were Detaining the citizen for money and doing unlawfull detaintion where we have started this party for unity and corruption free.
