Ans.-
Reason #1- I want to experience one of the best gangs in the city. I experienced gangs as high command in every single gang and now i want to become leader of Blood Street Gang and dominate the city and want to spread terror of our gang amongst the citizens and Leos of Los Santos. I want enhance roleplay and interaction between Leo’s and gangs.

Reason #2 - I have supportive family and friends and i have good team of knowledgeable guys who can be a good under dep and good deputies and they can help me to run the gang and achieve my goals and I have best turfers to achieve the goal of 100% territory capture. If i get Leadership of Blood Street Gang i will try to do FZ and store On Daily Basis and hostage situation and I have goal to do capitol attack (it didn’t happened since many days).

Reason #3- I will provide my all members good bonuses to assure everyone stays happy and make our gang top and create dominance amongst the city. And I’ll try to create a good environment in gang.

We have to do Max graffiti.
Have to achieve 2 successful term with 2 100% turf.
Recruit maximum player.
We will do FZ and store robbery daily. And will do highway robbery and hostage situations to spread the terror and enhance the roleplay.
I will do capitol attack.

I took a step back from gang life for several months, focusing on work within public institutions. Now, I see Bloods as the perfect opportunity to return to the world of organized crime with a fresh mindset and a new level of energy. I’m ready to take on leadership responsibilities and guide my crew with skill and strategy.


Right now, the Bloods are falling behind, especially when it comes to covert operations. With our numbers lower than some of the other gangs, strong leadership is more important than ever. My goal is to bring the crew together, increase activity, and make the Bloods the most dominant force in the city.

I believe in hard work constant effort and relentless dedication. I want to see Bloods deeply involved in everything happening in the city, from major events to high-stakes battles like warship fights and FZ raids. With my drive and motivation, I have no doubt that I can lead us to success.

My first and main reason is that I want to be the leader of this Organization is because I want to run an active organization with fun, but most importantly I wanna lead an active organization. I want to provide my great leadership skills to this great organization.

Second reason is I want to live this leadership as my daily duty to my organization to make sure that I am making the organization a great place for everyone and making sure that all the members are keeping great motivation for the Org and are wanting to progress through the ranks. Everyone will be treated family and be treated with the up most respect. I will give people opportunities at new thing's whether that be them being on the Turf Team, etc.

Third reason is , I want to make Bloods not only an active Organization but letting people have equal opportunities by allowing them to try new things and I want to as a leader to teach them how to do certain stuff and how to do it efficiently so they can progress in the gang and in the city itself. Everyone will be treated with respect and treated Family by me and other members and my High Command.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.

I have personally noticed that Gangs has eventually become all about Turfs and less about Clands/Ghetto Fights/and robberies.
I would advise all the organizations to indulge more into RP, I have personally noticed how no gang ever tries to hit NGs Ammo run or encashment as well. I would want to maintain good terms with the other organization leaders and do such events where LEOs stands as a strong pillar. To make things short, I simply want to improve the relation Illegal Org leaders have among each other. I want to promote collaboration among the gangs to instigate more dominance in the city...

I will be active leader and will keep a eye on the management of gang and will make sure there is no rule break.
I will be strict on every mistake whether it is a small or a big mistake.
Minimum of 1 store robberies in a day, 100% turf, minimum of $8.000 profit from graffiti.
I will make leaders of turf, graffiti, ghetto clap, training and will make sure that only selected people will do the negotiation.
Will try to not do any rule breaks.
Will have a high command of every time zone which will help in doing every events and will not miss any events.

Active in ghetto robberies and highway robberies.

I will make a department that is giving training to people who do not know about gangs and will make a separate rank for those people this will encourage more people to join the gang and there will be more people in my gang.
Will make sure that store robberies are done after the following requirements - minimum of 15 people, minimum of 1 hostage etc.
Will make sure that every person has the gang dress as I have seen that many people are not having the dress.
Will provide all members with clothes, guns and stuff and will make sure they are doing gang stuff after their training.
