Ans 2.1 I take as a part of ORG leader would like to implement my techniques on all my members to help this city grow and make sure that they don't break any rules to prevent warnings from being given to the organization. I see many people in different organizations not working good and I want to make sure that everyone around me do work properly and most importantly follows the rules.

i. I started RP with SAHP and worked for nearly 3 terms, Government as DOC Director for 3 terms, I served all the legal orgs for multiple terms as HC. Also, I have been a Secretary of an Active family. So, I have a quite good management and leadership experience, I strongly believe with this experience I can take NG to great heights.

ii. I have been the Commanding General of Military Police for 1 term and as Assistant general of Military Police 1 term and has closely observed each and every work done in National Guard I have a good team that will help me in my term to make it active from previous term . I am confident enough to be the Leader of NG. I always try be a good colleague in the org with my fellow Soldiers.

iii. If I become a leader, I am confident enough to get good soldiers in the organizations who will provide training and help me running NG perfectly. The NG has been a best organization which I travelled. I will make more active and attract citizens, teach them what proper RP is.


3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization
My advice for improving Roleplay level-

1-There will be a high activity and planning at the prime time before 15 mins to win the FZ. (11:45, 13:45, etc..)
2-I will make sure that all departments are active
3-For activity i will make proper rules and regulations like (night shift-day shift)
4-Make sure that Every officer will attend Scripted-Unscripted events
5-I will make a good HR dept. so that new officer will get proper training and don't break any rules
6-There will be more active soldiers for the gates at prime time.

1. Even though I worked for NG for six terms, I have another connection to the organization and have grown close to it, which is why I want to be its leader. I strongly believe that the National Guard is the greatest organization in being alive, and I will stop at nothing to show it!

2. So, as you know i am there in from many of the term, so I have seen things closely and I am going to make term best of the best, with a relation with other orgs.

3. For me I can be a best leader of NG because i handled NG term as ASSISTANT GENERAL OF HR AND CG and also handle many other orgs as, ACP OF LSPD, FIB: CHIEF OF STAFF OF HR, so being a HR team member in FIB and NG I learn how to manage whole term of legal org, that why I think I can be a leader of NG also NG is my first Organization .

3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1.Maintaining the activities of the Human Resources department 24/7 to enable them to hire and train new soldiers

2. Increasing bonuses every week and clearing them on time .

3. checking the armory and logs on a regular basis and finishing all curator tasks.

4. maintaining a minimum of five units for each the event.

5. maintaining a minimum of four units at the gate.

6. If I were a general, I would employ more RP commands.

7.Hiring experienced people to manage other levels inside the organization while offering sufficient instruction to new hires would help us avoid any mistakes!

3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

3.1. Mentorship program

In my experience I have trained to much offices and now they are capable to be a leader of any legal organization not as HR but as a SWAT/SOF high command. So that's why, I will establish a mentorship program that pairs experienced officers with a newer recruits. This will help our newer soldiers develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed, while also providing our experienced soldiers with opportunities to share their knowledge and expertise.

3.2. Focusing on Freshers
The freshers are those members of any state org who have joined at a beginner rank and have just finish their training. They are the one who decides the fate of any organization, they work as a foundation of any State org. So, I will make the HR and IA to focus on their minor to minor mistake and guide them how to correct it and not to do it ever again.

3.3. Special Operations Training
From my point of view, I have observed that their are very few officers who know how to conduct a ammo run and the unit who know how to conduct a ghetto patrol are even less than that. Because of that the NG struggles while leading a ghetto patrol and because of that they make mistakes. So, I will conduct frequent training sessions to teach the units about these special operations. I will try to fix a specific time for conducting Ghetto Patrols and some internal events by doing a meeting with all the officers and taking their opinions for what time period they are active the most. This will create a discipline about time, because it's very necessary to be in discipline for the soldiers personnel.

3.4. Stealing from the Army
I have noticed in my experience while being in NG, many times there have been stealing of trucks and hide trucks in city and highway as we know National guard as not able to follow them outside the base. So, I will make special force team to do a air patrols and ground patrols it will help nation guard to take their truck back it also give new experience to NG soldiers and other legal org.

I would like to lead National Guard for this reasons:

(I) In English city 2, I was Assistant General in Army National Guard. I served in the NG for nearly 5 terms. In this term I learn lot of things and i have fully experienced these term. I saw NG gates being vulnerable to gang threats. Also, I saw that there's a lot of gaps between low rank to high rank officers. My duty as NG Leader is to fix all these problems and let NG units have best RP game play.

(II) I have many new ideas and new thing / updates to NG (It's not just text if I accepted to the interview I'll say some) and I'll start doing it according to Real army system. I will discuss them in the interview. (In short i can say that i will try my best with the experience i have acquired to make NG not only active but also largest number of soldiers)

(III) With an emphasis on fair, serious, and humorous role-playing games, new events, regulations and divisions, me as leader will be leading a fair and serious state organization in order to improve the NG's community and make a good impression on its residents.

(vi) some secret tasks if they do properly, they will get bonuses for that

Military Police: The division that takes control of Areas of NG base. tow unwanted vehicles and will do the work of handover the 10-15 to DOC. And Fight against internal corruption of NG and weekly background and license check of officers.

Air Force: One of the finest Division Of the NG, which does Air Patrol to gather intel around and outside the military base. They provide air support in special operations and transport soldiers to their designated area of operation

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB): The front liner, they are the first one to push every fight they are highly skilled in marksman and very skilled in be able to communicate during situations. They generally accompany the NG leader on missions outside base. Gather Intel and do covert operations approved by leader.

Inter Service Selection Board (ISSB): Train all the new recruits basically the heart of NG they will lead training simulations and seminars.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

i) I will focus on gate keeping of ng base because most of time ng gates are empty and trespassers stole the ammo from base.

ii) I will make a strong hr department that gives the proper situation based training

iii) It’s quite boring to stand on the gates, and sometimes it’s even more boring when there is no activity on the gate side. So i will increase the bonus system of gate keeping through this army officer also make some money while standing on gates .

I want to become the Leader of the National Guard (NG).

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

I already spent over 1 year on this roleplay server. I have worked under different leaders and different teams. In Ng i have already worked as COA. Also i have served myself as an Army member in different turm. When I got a chance to become a member of NG , I started as a trainee, but through hard work, dedication, and the mentorship of incredible leaders, I eventually rose to a position in the High Command. Now i focused on building my foundation and overcoming daily challenges, each step shaping who I am today.
As a leader, it’s my mission to ensure that every citizen feels safe in their home, free from the threats of crime and disorder. I’m committed to developing strategies that protect our people, working hand in hand with other agencies, and ensuring peace and order are maintained
I see my role as one of mentorship—helping others grow, build their skills, and reach their full potential. By encouraging a sense of teamwork and pride, we can do more than just meet our goals; we can achieve great things together.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.


I am planning to make a joint team with military police and blackops tougher to protect gates. I personally handle those two departments. I make sure there are airforce departments are much more active and they obzerved the base , so they easily give us
hints of FZ, so we take preparation of that and ask for help from others to help us. i make sure that HR Department is hiring more people to NG , and giving them proper training. Giving Good Bonous. I assure you that I hire those guys in high command who have passion to follow Ng and always do hard work.

So I maintain proper meetings with the department personally, and every hour I personally scout the whole NG base twice with the highest member of every department. Make sure there is enough unit to handle FZ Raid. I am committed to fairness and will not tolerate any form of favoritism.

Department Management System:

Air Force: The Air Force Division Needs to play a vital role by conducting aerial patrols, providing crucial air support to ground units, and actively participating in various combat missions. Additionally, the team is responsible for maintaining and operating aircraft to ensure operational readiness. Their duties extend beyond surveillance, ensuring that both air and ground operations proceed smoothly and safely.

Military Police: The Military Police Department must always stay active and on alert, focusing on enforcing military regulations, maintaining order within the base, and investigating incidents involving personnel. This department will also coordinate joint training and exercises with other divisions like Black Ops and the Air Force, ensuring a high level of security and preparedness across all units.

Human Resources: Human Resources is the backbone of managing the organization’s recruitment process. They handle player applications, conduct interviews, perform background checks, and maintain player records. Additionally, the department will work closely with other divisions to streamline operations and integrate new recruits effectively, ensuring smooth collaboration across all levels.

Black Ops: The Black Ops Unit specializes in conducting covert missions, neutralizing high-value targets, and participating in advanced special forces training. During periods of low activity, Black Ops will focus on securing key areas, such as gates. I will make sure that this unit is fully present at all key events, maintaining strict confidentiality and acting as a strong, reliable support for other teams.

1:I have always prioritized being a good colleague to my fellow officers, and this is a fundamental part of my leadership philosophy. If I become the NG Leader, I plan to recruit skilled officers who will help strengthen the organization. These officers will not only assist in running NG efficiently but will also provide training to enhance the overall performance of the team.



2:I have been active on this server for approximately 3 years, during which I have served in numerous legal organizations such as SAHP, LSPD, FIB, and many others. These experiences have provided me with valuable skills in strategy development, leadership, and team management. Additionally, I served as the Commanding General of NG, where I gained an in-depth understanding of how the organization operates. This experience has given me the confidence to take on the role of NG Leader, and I firmly believe I can manage this leadership position effectively.




3:In the past, NG has sometimes been less active compared to other organizations, and I believe it is crucial to address this issue. As a leader, I will restructure NG to boost both internal motivation and its outward presence. My goal is to solidify the commitment of the members, increase engagement, and make NG one of the most active and powerful legal organizations on the server.

1. Tracking Soldiers’ Individual Progress and Managing the Promotion Process: I will consistently track the daily activities and achievements of our soldiers. Both myself and my team will carefully evaluate these results to identify those who truly deserve promotion. This process will ensure that not only those who perform their duties but also those who contribute value and show leadership potential will be promoted, helping NG grow and evolve.

2. Zero Tolerance Against Toxicity: I am committed to fostering a healthy and productive work environment, and to that end, I will enforce a zero-tolerance policy for toxicity and negative behavior within the organization. Everyone in NG deserves to work in a respectful, supportive environment, and I will take swift action against any disruptive behavior.

3. Establishing a Comprehensive HR Department for Training: To ensure the continuous growth of NG, I will establish a dedicated Human Resources (HR) department that focuses on providing structured and effective training for all members. This will ensure that our team is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and ready to tackle any challenges.

4. Security Operations in Sandy Shores: Sandy Shores is a key area that requires constant attention. As part of my leadership, I will organize regular patrols and operations to maintain order and ensure the safety of both our members and the public, positioning NG as a force of stability and safety.
