Reason #1- I want to experience one of the best gangs in the city. I experienced gangs as high command in every single gang and now i want to become leader of Blood Street Gang and dominate the city and want to spread terror of our gang amongst the citizens and Leos of Los Santos. I want enhance roleplay and interaction between Leo’s and gangs.

Reason #2 - I have supportive family and friends and i have good team of knowledgeable guys who can be a good under dep and good deputies and they can help me to run the gang and achieve my goals and I have best turfers to achieve the goal of 100% territory capture. If i get Leadership of Blood Street Gang i will try to do FZ and store On Daily Basis and hostage situation and I have goal to do capitol attack (it didn’t happened since many days).

My first and main reason is that I want to be the leader of this Organization is because I want to run an active organization with fun, but most importantly I wanna lead an active organization. I want to provide my great leadership skills to this great organization.

Second reason is I want to live this leadership as my daily duty to my organization to make sure that I am making the organization a great place for everyone and making sure that all the members are keeping great motivation for the Org and are wanting to progress through the ranks. Everyone will be treated family and be treated with the up most respect. I will give people opportunities at new thing's whether that be them being on the Turf Team, etc.

I have personally noticed that Gangs has eventually become all about Turfs and less about Clands/Ghetto Fights/and robberies.
I would advise all the organizations to indulge more into RP, I have personally noticed how no gang ever tries to hit NGs Ammo run or encashment as well. I would want to maintain good terms with the other organization leaders and do such events where LEOs stands as a strong pillar. To make things short, I simply want to improve the relation Illegal Org leaders have among each other. I want to promote collaboration among the gangs to instigate more dominance in the city...

1. Since I have joined the city, I have always had a soft side for the illegal organizations, especially towards The Bloods Streets Gang, as the times I have witnessed it and have been a part of it, it has always and always been on the top, not because its Bloods, but because of its leadership skills.
2. I have always been fascinated and ambitious towards Illegal organizations, and especially towards The Bloods Streets Gang as it was the first ever organization I had ever been a part of it. And with a reflection like that upon me, I know what responsibility and legacy I hold which I will continue and expand.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

• The main difference between the Illegal and the Legal organizations which I have seen that the LEOs go through a training process while the members of the Gangs does not, which is the main cause for the rule breaks in the city which causes a bad playing experience to the other people of the city and eventually the end of the Gang. To ensure something like this does not happen, there would be a training process for all the people during their recruitment, especially the newbies.
• Instead of the open log system on the Gangs email, i would start a specific logs system which would be monitored by the High Commands of the Gang to ensure that the players are being treated exactly how they're contributing to the organizations performance.
• Mostly in Gangs, there is a lot of favoritism of the High Commands or even the Leaders towards their friends but If I become the Leader, there would be no kind of promotion towards favoritism and the ranks would be given according to the persons contribution towards the success of the Gang.
• The success of a Gang is defined by its status, in my term, I will ensure that we, The Bloods Streets Gang, take part in every Gang events, wether its Graffitis, Clands, Hostage Situations, Gun Store/ Store Robberies, FZ raids, Submarines, etc.
• There would be regular promotions and bonuses which would be given out every few days to ensure the that the members of the Organization have their motivation high to perform better everytime and to engage more in the Gang Events eventually leading to a success in the term and to get the organization at the top.
• I believe with my 3+ years of IRL experience of the city and also due to my leadership skills , I believe that i am very much capable of comfortably leading a gang to its top most level.

1.I will do a lot of store robs and at least 2 Fz raids during the day. I will do more activities against legal organizations, this way I will ensure that every organization enjoys RP. I'll do highway robberies with gang members in my gang's spare time. I'll keep the gang active all the time
2.I will not include people who do not have 10 years in the city in the gang, the reason for this will be to prevent violation of the rules and I will make sure that people know the rules when joining the gang. I will tell to HCs and deputies be careful about this. I wont let get rule breaks in Los Santos Vagos.
3.During my term, I will not allow nepotism in Bloods street Gang and I will not give unfair rank to anyone. People who participate in events, people who have good communication with other members will have a high rank.

• I would like to be leader of the bloods gang because I have lots of experience from being in English city 1 and 2 and i know the rules fairly well along with the punishments for these rules.
• Another reason id like to get leader of bloods is, because with eng city 2 being a pretty new server still there is new players in the city who have no previous experience in gangs and there is also a mix of players who are from ENG 1 that do have experience and with this I could have myself and other experienced members help and share knowledge with the new people in the gang and we could all work together to help each other become the best gang in the city.
• My last reason for wanting to become leader of this org is, being leader of an org will give me an opportunity to meet new people within the city and make some good friends while also giving me a group of people to have fun with and build and carry a solid gang.

1. To improve roleplay within the gang I would have a specific group of people who I am certain has a lot of helpful knowledge and can help new players in the gang when they need help and this will also be my team who will go out in the city on certain dates and times to try and recruit members and i will have a set procedure and manual they have to follow when recruiting each new member.
2. I also plan on (I would ask more about this during my interview if chosen bc im not sure if it falls under metagaming) creating a map that indicates each spray location for the members of the spray team as this will help players who do not know the spray locations well or are trying out sprays for the first time.
3. I would like to implement a gang accountant who will hold a percent of all money earned within the gang and this money will be used to help buy members in the gang skill for robbing, house robberies and car theft and will also be used to buy supplies for these activites such as crowbars, bookbags, etc
4. I plan on having set ranks within the gang with specific responsibilities and expectations. For Example, I would have a rank called "Spray Captain" and this rank with be responsible for leading the spray team, giving members on the team tips and tricks, making sure all the spray team members are doing sprays every hour and overall managing the team of people who volunteer to go do sprays. I would then also have a rank called "Spray thug", this rank will be given to all the members of the team besides the "Captain" and they will be expected to follow the spray captain and take over as many spray locations possible.

- I want to become the leader of gangs because i can see these days gangs are very less active as compared to last few months so i want to increase gang activities in city.
- I have good leadership quality so i can lead a gang very nicely and will make sure that our gang attends every event on regular basis.
- I want to become the leader of gangs because i have a good experience in gangs and i have spend almost 6-8 months in gangs.

- I will make sure to attend maximum number of events daily.
- I will make sure to do maximum number of graffities every hour.
