Dear Admins,
When i was arresting someone and his freind that is in government was watching the situation so i uncuffed the guy that i was arresting to see his identification, but he ran away so i used the stun gun on him and i cuffed him once he was on the ground and i grabed him by his arm but his freind paused the RP and cuffed me and uncuffed his freind that was being arrested and they ran away.
