As you can see at 0:35 in the POV provided you can see 4 members of Marabunta Grande gang using a roof that is not accessible by foot or ladder. Later on in the video at 02:46 you can see 2 marabunta members using a parked car to gain access to this roof which is against the rule. And lastly I want to mention the ID 119252 not fearing for his life when we had 2 weapons pointed at him but I don't know if it would apply in this situation.
