Ich möchte Admin werden, da ich gerne die „Sicht von oben“ ausführen möchte, um vor allem Spielern zur Seite zu stehen und im Allgemeinen gerne meine Hilfe anzubieten mag. Das RP-Leben möchte ich gerne verlassen, da es seit längerem für mich kein RP-Strang in Sinn kam.

   1. My participation within this multiverse has led me to become quite passionate about the Grand RP community. If I had the ability to become an admin, I would be able to ensure that the server is kept free of people who disrupt by rule-breaking and that the experience is fair, enjoyable, and rememberable for all.
   
   2. As an admin, I would be able to help enforce rules, mediate disputes, and help players who might be in distress. My desire is to ensure that the environment is as pleasant as possible so that participants are able to engage in roleplaying action without the distractions of any harassment. 1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   Since my starting of RP, I have spent maximum time in legal orgs because of that i have of experienced lot of rp. Because being in a legal orgs you get a chance to experience rp upto a very good level which sometimes gets boring. That's why i think it's the right time for me to leave the rp-life & become an admin in order to help the players in maintaining their rp-life by using my experience in favor of others.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I have worked in various orgs as HC and as well as just a employee, I have experienced mostly whole of the city events and the things. From being a Gangster to FIB hc all i have done through. As i have experience of the city this much and i have enjoyed city a lot too as well as RP now i want to Leave the RP life and join the admin team through which i can help People who are new as well as old. I would be really happy if i gets the chance to join admin team and i could help our city mate.

2. What are your strengths?
I am good in Communication, to build connections, as well as i am calm, I am having a ideology to deal the typical difficult disputes and the situations very easily which i have used in the RP life too. I am really committed to thing when i take on something, I will make sure to give it my best effort.I know the server rules well and try to enforce them in a way that’s clear but also fair to everyone.

I think I can bring a lot of useful skills to the admin team. I’m good at communicating, whether it’s explaining rules or helping people resolve conflicts in a calm and fair way. I always try to listen to both sides before making a decision, so people feel heard, and things stay fair. I know the server and its rules well, so I can handle situations quickly without causing too much disruption. I’m also pretty organized, which helps when it comes to keeping track of things and making sure issues get sorted out efficiently. I always aim to create a positive environment for everyone.
