While I was in a legal organization before, I saw a hacker attack here and the people who installed the antenna successfully took the money, and I called the admin because they were squeezing it out of the area. The admin did not say anything about it being forbidden to install it here. We did not know that it was forbidden to make a hacker attack here. If we had known, we would not have done it anyway. When I read the grandrp rules, there was no such rule.
