Greetings to all officials.
I was standing with the gang. This person came and stood in a safe place and started talking and provoking the gang members. While he was standing in a safe place, when I went to talk to him, he started talking to me in a disrespectful way. The problem I have now is that at the end of the conversation, he said a very unpleasant word because its meaning is not nice. As we know, the city’s law says that anyone who says insults or any language will be punished. I hope this person is punished.
