1.Firstly I have been in legal organisations for the past 8 months and I have gained so much experience specially in FIB, I have spent 7 months out the 8 months and I have learn many things from my superiors throughout the terms I have started my FIB journey from Mehbub Rich term to Michael Mayors term (the most recent one) and throughout these terms I have learnt many things the most basic things to the most complicated things.

2.Secondly I have served as the Assistant Director of Special Operation (most recent one) it was one of the one of top department of that term and I have past experience in almost every org GOV>NG>LSPD>FIB and Iu also have pretty good knowledge about the legislation which can help me throughout the term.

3.The third in the last thing which encourage me the most is the support from my friends and the ex FIB agents throughout my journey of FIB I really don't know from how much time there encouraging me to apply for the leadership of FIB and the last time someone told me to take the term of FIB it was actually the last one maybe.

3.Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

1.A friendly environment in the org well some directors just focus on completing the term successfully and not focusing on their agents but i will not do that I will have weekly meeting with my agents to make sure everything is going smooth between them and if there is any problem how we can fix it I will have weekly promotion ceremony to encourage my agents and give them a reason to come on duty instead of firing.

2.friendly relations with other org throughout my journey of FIB I have saw countless misunderstandment and between orgs and I want a fix it and whenever our agent gets in a fight with other org instead of sending a high command with him for a meeting I will go personally to figure out the problem and how to fix it without a whole another drama happening and I will make sure that my agents will treat other orgs with true respect and I will teach them if someone is wrong just tell them peacefully that you are wrong instead of shouting at them.

3.To built unity among the agents I will hurt some fun events were they will divided into a team and they have to work together to win the event and the events will be like a training only were they can learn things and also have some little bit of fun after all they also get bored sometimes I will make sure to do this events once in a week and I will also make sure to teach them that FIB is not only about the law it is also about learning new things.

-To be active 24/7 in the city and not to allow any criminal activity.

-Ever since I came to the City, I have been in legal oranizations. Whether it be Government, SAHP, FIB, LSPD or even NG. I have found FIB always very interesting and one thing more I have found that is the most active Organization in the City mostly, I would like to carry this forward and continue the legacy forward.

- Another Reason Why I want to apply for FIB is because among all of the State Organizations from the LEO Side (SAHP,LSPD,FIB), FIB is the most unique organization as it mainly focuses on destroying the manpower of gangs so that there is less crime in the city, I want to do the same and reduce the crime in the city. FIB has a certain charm to it which makes it unique and that makes me want to apply all the more.

- I am often found to be in the city during the Prime time of Raids which is 19:00 to 00:00. 2.1Several months ago, when I came to the city. After I began to feel that I should arrange my career in a respectable way, I was given the opportunity to work for LSPD, my first legal organization, for two terms in a row. This allowed me to obtain a great deal of experience with legal organizations after LSPD. I intended to join the FIB, and I was given a high command rank there due to my strong leadership abilities and skills of high command in the LSPD.

2.2 Working in FIB for several terms now at a department leading rank I have started loving the work profile of an FIB agent . As I told I have been at department leading rank in several terms I think I am capable to become the director of FIB and use my experience towards wellness of this lovely organization.

2.3Being in FIB for several terms, I have found some mistakes which are offenly committed by FIB agent. This is also one of the many reason I want to become the director of FIB and use my experience to solve these mistakes. So that organization will never get in trouble.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
3.1Communication with other legal orgs : In my experience I have witnessed that FIB agents are not communicate with other legal orgs in a proper manner, that's why other legal orgs get a very bad impression of FIB agents because of that the roleplay level decreases. To fix this issue I will introduce some punishment rules so that these types of communication mistakes don't happen.

3.2Setting individual tasks for highcommand: In my experience working in legal organizations, I have seen that highcommands constantly attempt to force their work on lower-level staff members. I'll set personal objectives for each department head to accomplish and record their work in their duty logs in order to resolve this problem. Only the Director and Deputy Director will examine it.

3.3Sincerity in the raids: Prior to carrying out any raids, whether family, gang, or black market raids, I will communicate the special operation to the headquarters of all state organizations while maintaining confidentiality. instead of only carrying out a department during the special operations period. This will forsure enhance roleplay between all the state orgs .

   - I have been serving in the Legal Organizations for almost the past 2 Years gaining experience and useful information from each of them, especially in FIB which i have been part of the last 8 terms achieving the 28 rank of Assistant Director in every term and i think i have gotten the required skills and mindset to be the next Leader of FIB.
   
   - I know FIB has the most potential within all organizations, to provide roleplay to other organizations and gangs. If FIB isn't around the black market is not gonna be done, or wanted criminals are not gonna be looked for.    - I will make sure every one in the Organization no matter the rank is well aware of the org and state and city rules and not violate any rule and not any mistakes that can potentially harm the Organization and also the reputation of it.
   
   - I will make sure to have great relationships with every Organisation in the State and also very good communication to keep them updated with our Special Operations that we are going to plan and take action especially the raids.
   
   - I will implement bonuses for people who get evidence and get it valid so that we can use it for a case file, i would make the Undercover Department be more active and be doing busts every day to catch all the tricky criminals. Also i will add an encouraging Bonus system to all the Departments aswell to keep the agents of the departments more motivated and happy with their hardwork.
   
   - Im gonna make the best possible recruitment managing team to be ensured that im getting agents in the Organisation with: Knowledge of rules, knowledge of city legislation, non corrupt, and active members.
