I am writing to you to request a review of your recent decision to reject my application to take over the leadership. As you know, I submitted my application based on my experience and readiness to contribute to the development of the work, and you asked me to provide evidence of my experience, which I did with all accuracy and clarity. However, my application was rejected on the grounds of lack of trust, which I see as unjustified and does not reflect reality.

I have provided all the evidence and documents you requested from me to prove my competence and readiness for this responsibility, and despite that, I was rejected without providing a real or logical reason for this decision. This rejection not only reflects injustice, but also reflects negligence in dealing with individuals in a manner commensurate with the efforts I have made.

I see in your decision a violation of justice, and I feel that I have been subjected to clear injustice. Accordingly, I request that my application be reconsidered and that I be given the opportunity to prove my worthiness fairly, and I also demand that you bear responsibility for this unjustified decision.

I expect you to respond quickly to this request, with a fair and comprehensive review of the decision taken.
