2.1 | I believe that LifeInvader has enormous potential to improve the way people connect with each other through digital platforms. As a leader, I want to set new standards in advertising, focusing on the quality and precision of the messages we send to citizens. My goal is to create strategies that will provide users with content that is relevant, clear and tailored to their needs, thereby strengthening the trust and reputation of the community.

As a leader, I would focus on setting clear goals, roles and responsibilities for each department. The marketing department will be the mainstay of the organization, with an emphasis on creativity, precision and strategic planning. We will hire experienced experts with proven results, but also young talents who want to improve their skills through mentoring and training. I plan to introduce advanced data analysis in order to understand the needs and interests of the target audience, and based on that, develop ads and campaigns that will stand out for their quality and relevance. We will pay special attention to cooperation with local communities and business entities in order to create customized and authentic marketing content. Through innovative approaches, I want to ensure that LifeInvader becomes a leader in digital advertising, thereby strengthening the trust of citizens.

The priority will be the formation of a team of experienced and ambitious journalists who share a passion for conveying truth and information to citizens. We will focus on timely coverage of all relevant events in the city - from local news and cultural events to investigative reports. Each member of the team will have the opportunity to improve through regular training, developing their skills in writing, research and multimedia reporting. In addition, I plan to continue the dynamic and modern reporting format in order to provide citizens with quality content available through all digital channels. The goal is for LifeInvader to become the first source of information that every citizen can rely on.
The organization of events such as cultural manifestations, sports competitions and entertainment evenings will be a priority of this department. - I started playing on this server and after that I dedicated myself to the state, but lately I have a strong desire to be in this organization as a leader and so that I can try to make the events even more interesting and diverse, as well as cooperation with other state organizations I think I can help citizens, and I have leader quality

  • I have been working in LI for around 3 years or so now, during my time here i have been the leader of the org, deputy leader as well as HOD and DHOD. due to all my previous position and as the former DHOD of ADs and current acting COO of LifeInvader i know what the organization needs and what needs to be done.
  • I have been member of several other organizations and also have lead multiple other organizations so i believe the ORG needs someone like me with both great leadership experience as well as someone who understands what the org needs right now.
  • I my self am a team player. I like to help out people in need and also I listen to what other people have to say and respect the ideas and opinions and take actions accordingly.
3. My advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
  • I had noticed that in the previous term there wasnt many people in ADs team so this time i would like to focus more on that.
  • There are very less communications between the HCs and the management team so no one knows what exactly is going on within each department so i would like to fix that and increase HC activity within the official emails rather than in DMs.
  • Promotions for employees would be given on time rather than those promotions getting delayed for more than 4 to 5 days or sometimes even weeks. All the above mentioned improvements are needed within the ORG from what i have noticed within the past terms.
  • Will be looking into the ORG financials to see if any changes to the bonus system could be made or not which would encourage the people to work harder.
  • I have few more plans and changes for the ORG to make LifeInvader a better and friendly place for everyone to stay. Cant mention all the plans i have here due to limited space but will discuss them with curators if given the chance.

i) I joined LifeInvader as an Ads team intern and according to the promotion criteria i became senior of ads team,
and currently serving as HR Manager also i have been very close to the ex-leader Pixel Fedral and other deputies and HODs.

This gave me a clear idea of what are the challenges faced by an intern and by becoming a HR Manager i got to know what all work is to be done by the HCs. This will ease the flow of the organisation and will not create disruption in the process to serve the best to the citizens.

ii) I am very polite towards my work and very against favouritism. I always finish my pending works before end of the day to get a fresh start for the next beautiful morning.
Solving the others problem and getting a neutral solution is my best strength, which will help the organisation and also the citizens for a smooth RP life.

iii) Also while my journey in LifeInvader i have noticed that Labour Turn Over ratio is very high in this organisation, me and my deputies will try our best to resolve this as training process for every individual is a time consuming process, but if a right guy hired and trained for a right place then the efficiency of the employee and employer both can be used at it's highest.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

i) As i mentioned in (2)iii that Labour Turn Over ratio is high, i will try my best to resolve this and make hiring and training process effective & efficient.

ii) I will regularly do CNN with the latest situations happening in the city.

iii) I will improve bonus issuing system as i have seen delays during previous terms.

iv) I will equally monitor all the departments but have to focus more on Ads department because it is most closely connected with the citizens. ( As in term of their ads )

v) I will organise events which will help to know citizens more about LifeInvader, as LifeInvader is not just for publishing ads.

vi) I will organise ads team competition as the ex-leader used to do, which will create more excitement within the employees to work more towards the organisation, as praising employee and bonus is the basic necessity of a employee in an organisation.
