1: I have lots of experience in LEOs which is SAHP where is started my legal org where I started from trainee and in first term I my rank was SWAT and in next term I was COS which gave me lots of experience as HC and to menage the things and team work and I get learn more about the org. after SAHP I went to FIB where I complete 3 term as high command and as under cover. where I learn to take evidence and I got to learn more which help me a lot to get more knowledge. I learn to do team work with other orgs while I was in FIB during the Gang raids, ghetto petrol and etc. so I think if get FIB I can easily run this with people I have that I worked with in past. I was in NG as AG and I was in LSPD as ACP where I had my own department and I got deal with different types of peoples and challenges to complete tasks as SWAT ACP.

2: as leader of FIB my first priority will be to complete all the tasks that I will be getting and give all the agents rank as they have knowledge about which is very important thing to do and have good team which will give training to those who needed the training and for undercover I also have people which will be giving training. as I was also undercover in 1 term and I was in special ops as well as in DEA department. so I have experience in almost all the departments in FIB.

3: I have good communication skills which is most advantage for me because I think for a leader that is the most thing that can help to deal with any kind of situation to handle that sometimes we need to do it with calm and some times aggressive. the right time and right step is always best for that so my mind help to take decisions and communication skills help me to control that. I always like to do team work because team work and suggestions make things easier and faster and there is always more chance for success.

as I have mentioned that I have worked in legal orgs as SAHP, LSPD and FIB so I have gain a lot of experience which I will be helping other player as they come join in FIB and team and I will teaching them server rules and the experience that I have. because I think mostly people make mistakes in different events and while they are attending any highway rubberise and hostage situations. so I will be teaching them the rules and make sure if they are attending any situation they are already prepared for that and they don't face any kind of problems which bring issues to the org and to them. because I think that is the most important part for a successful term that if they make less mistakes and mistakes we can only avoid if give good training.

• I have been a dedicated part of the community for over 2 years and I know that FIB is one of the most fun and respected department of the city, even though I didn't have much experince in state oraganisation but in other city I was high command of all legal orgs except LSPD, I know how the state orgs works and give their best to catch the criminals, I have leadership expierence in gangs before but now I want to lead FIB and want to make the city crime free.

• My goal is not to reinvent FIB, but to build on what the former leaders have already created, elevate FIB's operational standards and create a lasting community influence. I have seen firsthand the immense potential this organization has when it's guided by clear vision and motivated leadership, and I plan to restore its glory on all the day-to-day operations and interactions with both state and crime organizations.

• To achieve this, I've put together a strong core team formed not only of multiple ex-organization leaders and deputies, but also highly experienced and skilled individuals who are committed and ready to embark on this challenge and create a memorable experience for FIB and everyone we interact with. Organizational excellence will be our daily goal in everything we do.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

• As Director, I will ensure that all agents are thoroughly trained and adhere to roleplay scenarios, server rules, and ethical conduct. This includes rigorous onboarding for new recruits and regular workshops for experienced members to refine their skills. Deviations from these rules will be met with strict consequences.
Each department will have a clearly defined set of 5 weekly targets to accomplish. These targets will facilitate the overall wellbeing of the entire organization. Performance will be greatly rewarded to encourage diligent work and boost overall RP quality.

• When we are not engaged in massive special operations, we will be involved in targeted small scale missions. From constant city patrolling, deploying undercover agents to the ghetto, doing busts on trades of illegal items, destroying cannabis in deserted fields, confiscating illegal weapons and items off the streets and much more. Spec Ops and Criminal Investigation Division will be working closely outside of scripted events to maintain law and order within the city. We will request support from experienced agents from other organizations as well for joint operations. This will also help boost the number of fines and the occupancy at the Department of Corrections.

• I believe communication and feedback are key to any successful collaboration. Frequent meetings will be organized internally to review activities, address any problems, positively discuss ways to improve and cascade down the curator's requests. Meetings will be held as well with leaders of other state organizations to align and develop new tactics for special operations and ensure a healthy, professional relationship. Divided we are weak, but together there is nothing we cannot achieve as a group of strong state organizations.

• Involvement of the Emergency Medical Services and Lifeinvader are crucial, as they can open ways to improved RP experiences, but they often seem overlooked. EMS will be requested to support with medical assistance and adrenaline shots before and during special operations, as well as to care for hostages, get them to safety and provide them with mental health support. Lifeinvader will play an important role in our community engagement plan, built for the citizens to have a transparent view of the FIB activities and feel safe within the streets of Los Santos.

(i) I want to be the leader of FIB because I have lots of previous LEO experience within FIB/LSPD/GOV/SAHP. I have completed successful LSPD term as a ACP of LSPD, i work as an COS in 2 successful term of FIB and i also have experience as a MOS. I have been in legal orgs for more than 7-8 months and have quickly risen from lowest rank to the highest rank because of my professionalism and dedication towards the org.

(ii) I want to be a leader in the FIB because I see too many people abusing their power and being corrupt for his friends and families. If I become a leader, I'll make sure nobody in my team acts that way. I'll ensure everything is fair and done properly so everyone in the city can be happy without corruption and favouritism.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

(i) For an organisation to function properly, communication is essential. I will have meeting with all of my agents once a week to go over all of the issues and their resolutions and I would love to Encourage my agents to stay focused on their Duty and make roleplay feel real so that it will be fun for everyone.

(ii) Since we are all involved in the protection and service of our city, it is crucial that we maintain strong friendships and working relationships with other legal organisations.

(iii) As FIB Director, I suggest having a perfect undercover Division (Joint Undercover Department) where not just FIB, but other Orgs can join too. This will spice up roleplay and get everyone involved.

(iv) To increase overall RP and keep FIB agents prepared for any scenario, I'd make sure that we conduct several drills, cooperative operations, and trainings with other state organisations.

(v) I'm planning to give my agents extra training and classes so they can understand all the rules better. I want to make sure they know what they can and can't do, and that they follow the rules carefully. This training will help them do their jobs better and avoid any mistakes.

(vi) I believe that there is a lot of people who desire genuine roleplay within the server as an LEO. I would like to recruit experienced people who have thorough knowledge of FIB as well as the rules that come with being in FIB and bring more RP experience to the server.

1- As per the training, me and my deputies will extend the privileges of Internal Affairs Dep. to oversee the training sessions to ensure my aims of fully trained agents.

2- As per the issue of the lack of availability of FIB at night, (FIB eyes should Never sleep) I will create a shift system, where agents will have the ability to choose which shift to work at, to ensure continuous service of FIB at all times.

3- As per the agents who fulfil their duties, I will promote them personally after passing some tests that I will examine carefully.

4- As per being a LEO, weekly sudden drills and check-ups will be conducted by selected trustworthy agents. We will maintain integrity of the flow of FIB. Agents who protect the city must be clear of drugs and illegal products.

5- As per the Undercover operations, we proceed with previous authentic methods, and we shall provide a better undercover oprations (In the best creative RP ways).
