Appeal for Org Verbal Warning:
Dear respected Chiefs,
I am writing to formally appeal the verbal warning issued to our organization on 03/03/2025 at 05:55am regarding the situation involving Zoya Khan (ID: 128194).
It is evident from the provided **proof of training** POV that Zoya Khan received clear instructions on **SR 5.4-5.6** and acknowledged her understanding during the session. This training was also documented in her department’s chat. Given that the necessary knowledge was imparted to the unit, I find it **unjust** for the organization to bear responsibility for an issue that was **explicitly covered and understood**.

For reference, i had posted this same appeal on the chat earlier and it was not replied to(main reason why i didn’t post it here initially).Therefore, making me to proceed with posting it here.
Given this information, I kindly request a **review, reconsideration and removal** of the verbal warning. The evidence clearly demonstrates that the unit was properly trained, and it would be **unfair** for the entire organization to face consequences despite fulfilling its responsibilities.
I appreciate your time and consideration. I hope this appeal is taken into account fairly.
