He was mass mixing on org radio as deputy. When an gang member who is rank try to stop for mass mixing, The deputy demoted the person for talking to much while he was just trying to help out and when we ask for rank he said talk with leader while is not even in the city. In my bodycam it shows how he was mixing and abusing his deputies powers.
