A guy with ID 114278 is stealing my Pullman in the FIB green zone parking lot. Happened to me twice. Not willing to pay for the fine. Also, the guy in the yellow vehicle is from Vagos at the time the video is recorded, and they have both been trapped together as I left the fib with closed gates when I was going to bank protection. It was fun to watch. P.S. Vest is black magic. P.S.S. I'm not sure if yellow vehicle is connected to the guy who stolen my pullman.
