2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1
After serving as a High Command in serval organizations i have convinced my self that i would be a solid a responsible leader. Over the past few months i have experienced a drop in activity and professionalism, I do believe that these effects are a direct pointer towards the leader's capabilities. I hereby come forward with an interest to stand up and restore the lost glory of Law Enforcement officers by making sure there is a good blend of professionalism and sincerity in both the high command and the base officers. I do believe there is a missing gap between the leader and the officers in the organization which leads to low synchronization within the org. As a leader I would make sure that even the lowest in command voices are heard and issues are resolved as soon as possible. Professionalism is something I would expect and get everyone trained, unprofessionalism is a non negotiable case.

2.2 I do believe that there is a lack of motivation with the leadership for a stern and successful term, todays leader are mostly bent upon finishing their tasks and not delivering proper RP within the org. Most of the case a leader experiences fear of rule breaks and tends to coverup the issue by lowering the activity. As a leader I will make sure I wont fear about any targetters and make sure there is no drop in activity drop, whatsoever. I as a leader will encourage my men to follow a proper code of conduct and keep the activity at a high pace. There will be 24/7 availability of insurances. From Dusk to Dawn the highways will be clear and insurances will be issued without a stop!


2.3 Leader conduct and experience... I did notice that not all leaders have had a keen touch in leadership quality, most of them distribute the work to their deputies and make sure they get the fame in the end. In my case I will seek to bring a change and will make sure there is firstly a good communication within the leaders and the deputies in order to coordinate well. I as a leader will make sure that I will be the one leading majority of the work and not let the load take over my officers.


3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
1. Will make sure there is equal and mutual respect for everyone in the org
2. Increase bonus for most active officers
3. Make sure Sandy Shores is crime free
4. Assign a special task force to combat drug trade and contraband flight
5. Will assign a rank for selling insurances and numberplates even during heavy work load situations.
6. Troopers will be trained from head to tail to make sure rule breaks are not committed.

2.1)
I would like to be the leader of SAHP I will ensure event execution and the safety of citizens as well as my troopers by building team work, strategic planning and executive events executions. I believe that team work is must and should be the top priority which can make things work perfect and also will help to ensure that all the tasks and events go in a smooth flow. From past few terms I've been seen that this hasn't been sorted and never worked on much, which I will prioritize first and try to make a perfect team that will be working and always patrolling on highway.

2.2) I am inclined towards the leadership of SAHP because with my past experience in SAHP i was able to analyze the problems which dept was facing and i feel like i am a kind of person who learns from his mistakes and always tend to work much better than before . So as a leader I will make sure that troopers attend all the events and the events always not really attended is night event which I will ensure that I have night units that will be always attending night events. and for the day time event such as store robbery and hostage situation and etc. I will have team that will be ensure to attend all those events as well.

2.3 ) Lastly the most important thing which I will make sure by Being a leader of SAHP is giving fair and unbaised opportunities to all so that their is complete transparency and no bad blood among the dept. When equal and appropriate opportunity will be given to the team automatically they give their blood and sweat to the dept. so my target will be to make the depts(SWAT) effective as well as active especially during night time. IA team will be always tracking everyone's logs so that they always get paid for what they did as in bones. highway petrol team will be doing there work as targets will be given and they will be also keep patrolling on the high way to keep highway protected from highway robberies.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

I would like to be the Leader of SAHP because i feel like my prior experience in SAHP ( San Andreas Highway Petrol) as COS ( Chief of Staff ), LSPD ( Los Santos Police Department ) as ACP ( Assistant chief of Police ) , FIB ( Federal investigation Bureau) as COS ( Chief of Staff ) and NG ( National Guard ) as AG ( Assistant general ) is gonna help me add a lot of important skills and techniques which I feel are like missing in SAHP as of now. I will be fixing all that and passing my experience to the comers and guide them about the server rules and RP as well as that will be helping them to improve there RP. I believe that to get any term successful we need to have good understanding, good communication and leader must be able pass message to people so they can understand and fallow and team building. these are the things needed the most which I can do and I can give time to the org as am always in city for 10 to 12 hours a day which is going make people trust me more and listen and understand because they will be getting there bonusses on time and get to talk about whatever related to org and I will listening to there problems if they have and solving them as soon as it will be possible for me to do.

By doing so, we can develop a stronger, more cohesive unit while creating a positive and energetic work culture.

Additionally, strengthening internal team dynamics is just as important. I want to cultivate a sense where members support and learn from one another. A friendly and welcoming atmosphere does not mean compromising professionalism—I will ensure that we maintain high standards.

To further develop our team, we will prioritize recruiting individuals from various time zones to ensure consistent coverage and support. We will also increase public engagement by organizing events, running surveys, and actively gathering community feedback. This will allow us to refine our strategies and better serve the people we protect.
