Rejected RDM+MK+PG I 65127

I was patrolling when I saw a player open carrying. I wanted to arrest him, but his friend (ID 65127) killed me without any demand. This is a violation of rule gr 6.15, as well as mercy killing and power gaming, because he killed his friend to prevent me from arresting him, and I don’t see how he could have known my name.
