Ans. There are so many things that I can help with to Improve the roleplay in Organisation and some of them are :

1. Providing my gang members their daily wages for being in my Org, and helping they Grow their own Destiny.

2. Weekly meeting for What is the Performance of Gang in the game.

3. Doing more IC events created by my fellow Gangsters to make the city feel How it actually happens In Real Life.

I’m applying to be the leader of the Bloods because this gang holds a special place in my heart. The Bloods was the first gang I ever joined, and I’ve had a lot of history with it. I was even the deputy leader of the Bloods at one point, so it feels like coming back to where I started. Before this, I was the leader of Families and Los Santos Vagos about 13-14 months ago, so I have experience leading gangs. Being part of the Bloods again feels emotional for me, and I want to bring my best to the gang.
I have a solid turf team ready with great chemistry. We work well together, and I make sure we play clean with minimal rule breaks. c) I will not allow rulebreaks and I will teach them how to stay in roleplay.
