Dear higher ups,
I hope u are doing great. As you can see in POV 1 that this guy was provoking me and also violated GR 6.19 by saying F word to me when i was taking him to the DOC and in POV 2 u can see when i uncuffed him to ask for his passport he voilated the GR 6.2


if u think pov is lagy pls lock it for akio sir bcz he always understands my struggles
