When I came Los santos city I got attracted towards crime section and I joined I loved the work of gangs and took part in all of illegal works and enjoyed playing crime events so my first gang was ballas i have been attached with that gang so now i really want to lead it. Also I have leadership skills because I captain of one of the top 10 family Bhaiya Gang and rank 14 in all the gangs. Also experienced in both legal and illegal organizations.

I have learnt different situations in gangs so i know the best members to keep in my term, and run the best term ahead as there will be experienced people for different works in gang. Make sure they doing events everyday so citizens can see and learn and attract in our gang and also give best bonus to everyone who joined gang help to run our gang.

As a leader, I will prioritize fulfilling all weekly requests, ensuring the gang operates independently without external pressure. The organization will have active members who attend every event. I’ll delegate trusted deputies to assist in covering all events, especially during late hours. I also plan to build an elite graffiti team that will secure maximum profit for the gang. This strategy will ensure the success of The Ballas Gang during my leadership.

- I have been on this project for a very long time and I have a lot of experience. I know what it is like to be someone no one listens to and someone everyone listens to. I have been suspended and HC in many organizations and now I would like to try my hand at leadership , but more successfully.

- I chose East Side Ballas because I think their position in the ghetto has a lot of potential. Ballas is at a very good place has a very large place under its contol as its hq.

- Ballas have the greatest reputation of all gangs and that is why they have a lot of members. Actions would be approximately every 2-3 hours and with the secret and naval battles they would never get bored.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- I would try to create as large a Graffiti team as possible with which I would spray every possible spray. That way the organization would earn more and I could give bonuses to active people and thus increase the activity of the entire organization.

- I would try to create some kind of alliances between other gangs. For example, if 2 gangs will do Fz raid together and Hostage situations like that

- Between actions I would organize mini actions with which I would cause chaos within the State, which is why I think gangs were founded.
