As can be seen in the video, this person does insult my husband with GR 3.1. Here, my husband asking him " What are you doing?" he uses the word "SENI" as an OOC insult. I request you to direct a Turkish admin to deal with the issue. In the second POV, he speaks FL in the Green Zone.
