In the provided POV, you can clearly see four members on an inaccessible rooftop. A few seconds later, two of them descend using a helicopter, while the remaining two continue to stay on the rooftop, shooting at me. This is a clear violation of GR 6.18, which states:
"It is forbidden to use helicopters to gain access to roofs that cannot be accessed by foot or ladder."
During the encounter, you can see in the POV that I deal 53 damage, confirming my engagement with them.
