2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I wanna take Federal Investigation of Bureau, Reason are I climbed up the rank when I started in 2022 I've work my way up towards getting the highest rank in FIB,
I joined Hov Cartier term I started 00, When I was in HOV Cartier term He successfully completed 2 terms and I made my way to learn different expertise on becoming FIB Leader, I took lead on Specs OPS That was my very first department, as the days goes on, We completed 2 months of FIB, I wanna take FIB this term I feel like I can lead one of the best Organization in this city, My Goal before was 00 rank but when I got the chance to show leading events, FIB leadership entices me to become a better leader, While having this amazing opportunity to lead FIB I was 00 agent Multiple times I was very active during 2023 times after working my way up I was Head of Department of the most important tactical department which was Specs OPS, Having Specs OPS as a department thought our team to become more vigilant to one another, having that said Store Robbery, Gun Store, FZ Raid, Hostage Situation, every day we experience that as an organization. While handling all this mission that we have to deal with everyday, I became superior to lead FIB once again, the team I am bringing this time as we created a Soul Family from the scratched that made me think about becoming FIB Leader.
I've lead store robbery multiple times that has been very successful, When I had my term I won my first Car Thief and I was the one who was driving the car and I took that viper home, I feel like I can lead this organization with the right mindset on the people I am going to bring in the table with their experience in the city, I feel like with that being our circle I can lead FIB with a passion. I also had 40+ FIB the first day I had FIB in Black market Raid, I feel like I can lead this wonderful org again.
As for UC I was DHOD of Undercover with Mohammed leading the undercover team by that time I learnt how to review case filing and gathering evidences from Gang, with Hov Cartier Term the first FIB term I've joined I realized that he sent me into a UnderCover Mission to gather evidence on one of the biggest Family that time, I feel like my experience within FIB are very wide, I've experience being undercover department, one of the most important department aswell with tactical department with FIB, Now I am 100& I can take lead with this amazing organization being FIB.
While learning becoming undercover mission are very important for FIB, due to being the raid Season is our main goals is to take Undercover to work flawlessly and our undercover will have a proper support with that being said I am bringing experience undercover agent that has been doing UC work with all the time that I've learn about undercover they have been very succesful.
I took FIB leader I got an experience now I feel like I can take it back and be back in the office, before getting FIB term I helped Omer Hill term it was very successful 2 terms we held that down, with all our passion, he thought me many things becoming a leader, as the time past I took a break from this organization after few months I've help Tommy Slater Term, I was HOD and became to Chief of Staff of Specs OPS I made this department very active during that time, and the trust is there.
While we were on Tommy term 1 year ago it made me realized how being a leader can benefits, as of right now We made a Family called Soul while I am trying to get a leadership sense again, we created Soul Family 1 month ago after month passed it made me realized that I wanna take FIB leadership again, that I gain my energy to become FIB leader as the days pass by we made the Family top 8 I considered that taking a good leadership with leading events, Back to FIB I've helped several amazing term, Omer Hill, Hov Cartier, Tommy Slater, Ruby Specter all of these great successful term was an amazing experience to put me into becoming leader.
Lastly I wanna take FIB Leadership during my time not being a leader I was brainstorming on becoming a leader once again, made me realized that I've gain so many experience within the time I was in FIB. After few talks with my team behind my back that is willing to help me achieve the mission that I want to do with FIB, I feel like we can show the city what we have to offer. As For FIB I wanna take lead again with this amazing organization, For my experience I was Chief of Staff 5x on FIB Multiple times being as a Head of Department, with my experience being high, I feel like I can bring so many things in the table that can lead FIB Into a good healthy Environment.
I wanna make this FIB term very different If I became leader I will make sure that every high command are in certain time zone.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Remove all the favourtism Aside I wanna create a 0 toxicity environment into the term If I do get it. I want to make sure every agent has the right ranks and the work that they need to completed as with UC I want to make sure every agent are gathering evidence atleast 10 times a day to create a proper roleplay within undercover department to make them motivated to achieve their work field .
3.2 Raid Seasons: With Satriko breaking the record I want to have a chill term not breaking any record at this to continue a good roleplay with Gang Raid, I want to work closely with my Undercover team to managed it very significant so they can have the right knowledge on what our expectation are during the raid Season, with that being said Raid Season is my target with the right mindset we can have a nice roleplay within Gang Raids during my term.
3.3 Participation and Contribution towards events: We have several events starting from Ghetto Patrol, Vehicle Theft , Submarines , Aircraft Carrier , Store robberies last but not the least our main jurisdiction “Gun Stores”. Making two departments Named as “Spec Ops and SAU” to work together as a term to properly lead and win in events.
with this I am bringing the most elite forces and tactical department throughout my term, Our goal is to be competitive with 0 toxicity in our term,
3.4 00 Agents: I've had many terms that 00 agents are not doing anything and its free rank, with this rank they will go into mission to have a proper sense of becoming a 00 agent and undercover, with that being said 00 is the backbone of Undercover they are highly classified and also if i do get my term I wanna improve 00 agent RolePlay by assigning them a classified mission to gather evidences around Crime Family nor Gang.
3.5 Promotion Ceremony: Having Promotions Ceremony every week to encourage , promote people who contributed their time towards organization.
3.6 Setting goals, My Goals to create a nice memories for us to remember as a one organization and create 0 toxicity around one organization, also rewarding the great work on each agent will be provided. Lastly I wanna create a 0 favourtism organization that can caused alot of chaos around the org, I wanna avoid that.
I wanna set meetings every week for high command to know what our expectations are.
3.7Good relationship: Maintaining good relations with Government and other organizations as well as helping them with their needs, example: encashment, and helping other organizations with their own ghetto patrol to ensure every organization will be on the same page!
