A big salute to you, dear official.

I will take some time from you, please. As you can see, senior official, I filed two complaints against people who are violating the city’s laws. This official who filed these complaints was not punished adequately. As you will see, senior official, in one complaint, when a person was shot at while I was in the parking lot, he killed another person and started shooting at me in a prohibited area and was not punished. In the second complaint, other people shot at me without giving me an order to leave, and another shot at me on the roof without giving me five seconds to leave. None of these people were punished, but some others were. I filed this complaint against the official, not so that the official would be punished. I filed this complaint so that he would go back and scrutinize these complaints. Thanks to all the officials in the city who are there to help us.
