But now I have gained that knowledge, and I am ready to become the leader of the National Guard because I was part of the NG and gained a lot of experience. Currently, I’m in the LSPD at the Advisory Board rank, which is rank 28. That's why I know how to handle an organization

- I have potential, and I also have good leadership skills, as well as strong managing and communication skills. These qualities would help me run an organization very easily. I’m very active, so I would take care of the organization and spend all my time on it if I became the leader of the National Guard. I also have good Deputies who can handle and assist people with anything.

- I want to become the leader of the National Guard because all organizations respect the NG, and the NG has a unique place. Its HQ is large, and I have worked as an NG employee, so I know very well how things can be done and run. The NG also has a personal training ground, jets, planes, trucks, a fuel station, parking, and around 5 to 6 helicopters, along with ammunition trucks that can help our organization and others by refilling ammunition in their warehouses.

The most important thing about a Leader is the ability to be special. A leader who is honest and has his own views creates trust among his team. To be a successful NG leader, you need vision, empathy, the ability to motivate and inspire, strategic thinking and the most important communication skills. - So I have an idea to organize a parade where all state organizations would show people what we have. For example: Civil servants who have a license for heavy weapons, explain to people which weapons can be used in certain situations. Also, all our civil servants in the air force would explain their jobs and show what we have.
- It would introduce the rank of Trainer who would be in charge of the readiness and discipline of our soldiers. He would also keep records of whether our soldiers are healthy, both mentally and physically, ready for this job. It would keep records of weapons permits and how ready our soldiers are to handle them.
- It would give bonuses to active members every day, thus motivating them to work harder and to try harder. It would also give bonuses for gates, every hour of standing at the gate would be rewarded with a monetary amount.

Ans : I was AG in Tom clinton term where my thoughts about NG before joining were that NG is very boring and not worth joining but when I joined I got to know that NG is one of the most best Org among any other Org as I am very much worked in LEO's and now I want to lead NG because I think I will be able to handle NG as my First ORG

I am really a very friendly guy and I would make sure that NG makes Good Relations with every other ORG and resolveing the issue ASAP if any chaos or issue creates in between the ORG

Q3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
1. As we all know HR is the department which is most important in terms of a healthy growth of any ORG . My first priority would to make sure HR works very well and HR dept have very active and experienced persons also I will be looking HR is working properly or not by my own .

2 . Now MP is also very important dept in Regulating the ORG as it makes sure if a Soldier is working Perfectly without any corruption and they make sure that person is not doing anything which gets ORG in any kind of problem . So my special focus will be to make MP strongest dept ( as me myself has experience in IA and MP in every org )

3 . All the departments are equally important for regulating ORG perfectly so I will make sure I handover departments to those who are very experienced , knowledgeable and also calm and active

4. As every Leader does I will be assigning them weekly tasks but what different I will do is there would be specific task for AG of every dept which he would have to complete .

5. Promotion Ceremony Roleplay is very important as Soldiers who work very hard for ORG they deserve Respect , Promotion and Bonus . I will create a enviroment where everyone will work together and they will show activity

6. Also I will make sure that our Soldiers gets proper training .

7. I have saw many orgs that they are very inactive in events . Even I did not saw NG attending many events . I will make sure NG becomes one of the most Active Org among other org's

Airforce (AF) : Specially trained soldiers whose Hands are very good on heli's and Aircrafts ( doing air patrolling and safeguarding the FZ base ) also will be helping us in Candy run by giving air support and in GP also by giving Air support
Rapid Assistance Task Force (RATF) : The National Guard Rapid Assistance Task Force is for responding in emergency situations.They should be most active at the time of Fort Zancudo Raid (12:00 to 22:00).
Special Operation Force (SOF) : The S.O.F is for Planning and execution of special operations.Develop doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures for special operations.Assist law enforcement in Counter-terrorism and Hostage rescue operations.

• National Guard was one of the first organizations I ever joined in the city under Raj Aryan during his leadership and I loved everything about the org and the people. National Guard was a family, not just a workplace and I feel that people lost sight of that. If selected as leader, I will try my absolute hardest to create a loved and respected National Guard where everyone is welcome.

• Second, I have plenty of amazing ideas which will enhance the level of roleplay within the organization, especially since I feel that the level of RP in National Guard has massively decreased compared to how it was when I started in the city. National Guard is a big organization and that’s actually why it can be one of the best organizations for roleplay and this will be shown during my term, should I be selected as the leader.

• Third, I have seen so many leaders fail for only one reason and that reason is activity. DEPARTMENTS
1) AIR FORCE: In the Air Force department, I will appoint professional pilots who will conduct air patrolling. If any kind of gang activity is happening, they will inform us in advance so that we can reach the location before the incident occurs and stop it.

2) Military Police: In the Military Police, I will hire individuals who can check all soldiers' logs and keep me informed so that I can take strict action against any wrongdoers.
Also, they will check everyone's licenses and inspect the trunks of all cars parked inside the base to confiscate any illegal items.

3) Human Resources: In the Human Resources department, I will hire individuals who are well-versed in the city's rules, so they can recruit professional soldiers.

i. I started RP with SAHP and worked for nearly 3 terms, Government as DOC Director for 3 terms, 2 times ACP and 1 time DCP in LSPD. I served all the legal orgs for multiple terms as HC. Also, I have been a Leader of an Active family. So, I have a quite good management and leadership experience, I strongly believe with this experience I can take NG to great heights.

I have been the Commanding General of Military Police for 1 term and as Assistant general of Military Police 1 term and has closely observed each and every work done in National Guard I have a good team that will help me in my term to make it active from previous term . My advice for improving Roleplay level-

1-There will be a high activity and planning at the prime time before 15 mins to win the FZ. (11:45, 13:45, etc..)
2-I will make sure that all departments are active
3-For activity i will make proper rules and regulations like (night shift-day shift)
4-Make sure that Every officer will attend Scripted-Unscripted events
5-I will make a good HR dept. so that new officer will get proper training and don't break any rules
6-There will be more active soldiers for the gates at prime time.

A. I want to be the leader of NG as after playing grand roleplay for quite a while now, I have particularly grown a liking towards state roleplay and being the General of the State I will get to enforce better roleplay on a higher level. I will use my experience to lead the term and make sure all soldiers in the org have a good time with better sensation of roleplay.

B. I have lot of experienced peers who will assist me in my term and make it a better environment where everyone can enjoy and progress. Well I have many suggestions or ideas which I would like to implement in my term, but some of them are as follows:
1. Do regular RP training sessions within the org as well as with other orgs to make RP more immersive.
2. Focus on training of new recruits so that we can minimize the chances of rulebreak and maintain good quality of RP.
3. Keep the term active with experienced individuals as high commands who can lead people and act as good counsellors.
4. Maintain professionalism throughout the radio and make sure proper radio commands are being used.
5. Make sure the departments are active maintaining the roleplay within the organisation.

I have lots of knowledge in legal organization like GOV, LSPD, SAHP and FIB by which I have got many ideas to make this organization better and make it more active in my term also I have my team who will work on the professionalism

In the city I started my journey from Government in which I worked for USSS, DOT, DOR, and DOC. Then I started to explore other organization in the city like SAHP in which I was the Colonel of HR and then I became the COS of FIB and at last I got a chance to work with NG as a Assistant General of MOA and HRT. Based on my previous experience, Knowledge and my management skills I think I can be a good leader of National Guard.

In last few terms NG is not much active and this organization is neglected by everyone because they think that there is nothing to do in NG and we just cover our gates. But that's totally wrong I have worked for NG and it is very enjoyable there are many things to do. If I became the leader I will remove the misunderstanding and make NG more active.

ㆍMake sure that all of the Rules Are Being Followed according to the CODE OF CIVIL AND PROCEDURAL LAW of the state
ㆍarranging promotion ceremony once in a week, by which our soldiers will be motivated
ㆍMake sure that the events are being attended and the bodycam is posted regularly
ㆍNew bonus system for the hardworking soldiers
ㆍThere should be no partiality during hiring
ㆍEvery week a best department should be selected by this other departments will be inspire to work more
ㆍShould arrange land and air patrol under the jurisdiction
ㆍSoldiers should cover gates minimum for 2 hours
ㆍshould give special bonus for gate keeping
ㆍHuman resource department should give proper training to all the soldiers so that no rule is break
ㆍArrange meeting with all the department's Assistant General so that the leader can know the problems inside the organization

The Departments: -

Human Resources and Training (HRT)- HRT is one of the most important department of any organization, that's why I will appoint a good Assistant General for HRT and their work will be Taking Interview, Give Training, Managing Rooster, and reviewing application.

Military Police (MP)- MP will Check Log, insure Activity of soldiers , checking Bodycam ,insuring discipline, Background Check .

Special Task Force (SOF)- For SOF I will take soldiers who are good have fighting skills and their work will be Attending FZ Raid, Store Robbery, Black Market Raid, Doing ammo run and all type of events.

Rapid Assistance Task Force (RATF)- Rapid Assistance Task Force will respond in emergency situations as soon as possible.
Airforce- I will take Good pilots in AF for Doing Air patrol, Checking gang activity near NG base, Give backup during ammo run by air.
