Dear Higher-ups,
LSPD got a verbal because of the forum provided in Proof section. This Guy was invited in the morning at 11:30 (Proof) then he was given fine and tow training and then he was given rank 4 for just towing nothing else at 11:41. He did the rule break at 12:29. Just after getting training. Moreover he was aware of the fact that he cannot enter ghetto alone, You can see that in PROOF 2 (My officer had a mic issue but you can see he is telling that he needs 1 HC and 2 normal units to enter ghetto). Moreover after he did the rulebreak He came to one of my HC and said that " Do you know if anyone go in ghetto, you immediately blacklist" You can see in PROOF 3. Afterwards he now wants to get kicked from LSPD. You can see that in PROOF 4. This simply means that his ultimate goal was to come LSPD, enter ghetto and get LSPD a verbal. He knows that he will get blacklist by entering ghetto but he still did that, Afterwards I think he came from his main ID or maybe twink ID and asked my HC that did Hyper Leo got blacklisted for entering ghetto, PROOF 5( No ones knows about this as it is a classified info but he still knew about it). This is simply targeting towards LSPD.
