2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

1. Prove my self: i have lead Vagos bunta Families 2 time and ng 2 time been deputy of every state other than ems but when my last term of ballas disbanded on 43 turf it hit my confidence so i need do prove my self to all of my supports and my self to i will lead Bloods to greatness and i will make it more active then my Ballas term where i had 40+ people in store normally i will make it most active prove again that Wolf Gangster is still HIM and can lead and all i need is a chance

2. active gang and events: in sometime i seen Gang disbanding and being inactive i in my all gang used to go subs every day and with lot of member but today it boring and i will make it fun again and we will attend every event with max members and dominate it like always i do in my term and with my experience as leader i have very good team of guys who are ready to join at moments notice and do the work and i also have good deputy to make sure past don't repeat it self and i will make red color feared again

3. i will take full advantage of Bloods HQ location and use to best with it having one of best hostage location ever and with my home advantage it very easy to win and bloods is near main ghetto but not in main ghetto so we will have perfect place to start and would not get overwhelmed and we have highway near the bloods or easy way out of ghetto that we can do for somethings and with my team we will easily win most of situation

3.Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. Strict Hiring: i will only hire with strict interview process and help new guys learn rule and make it good

2. Only active member gang: i will only give rank to active guys and also remove any inactive guys from my gang and we will make it so we are active in event not just in map

3. Bonus System: i will have big bonus system and strict one if you are not on time then no bonus simple as it would be problem for me

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

1st : I'm a experienced player within Grand RP EN2 with the in game level of 10, with the majority of that time being in gangs, learning and building my experience up. I have now gained enough experience and knowledge on what it takes to be a good leader.
2nd : During my time in the city I have made many alliances that I truly believe would make an amazing term with activity not just in ghetto but events also. I have learnt in my time of being in the city its not just about numbers it is about quality, structure, organization and being active as a leader.
3rd : I honestly believe my personality and skillset is perfect for leading a gang and it would be an honour to lead Marabunta Grande. I'm confident I can bring active numbers to the gang, good participation to events, make ghetto more active and bring more RP to the city. I have many ideas I want to bring to Marabunta Grande to make lots of different fun RP situations.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

Some of my ideas to improve the quality of RP in the city would be to do more hostage situations in a variety secluded areas such as,
- MT Chilliad
- Wind Turbines
- The Dam
- Small Airstrip by the farm
- Altruist Village
These ideas will improve the RP because it will bring a better variety of situation not just got gangsters but also for LEOS, This should make people more excited to RP and be active within the server.

Goals when becoming leader:

- Be active in every event
- Graffiti team active 24/7
- Improve the RP in the city
- Control Ghetto
- Have a clean terms with minimal warns

Reason #i am working under many gang and stayed as a highcommand so I know how to manage the whole gang and how a gang works. But I also wanna experience and test my leadership skills by becoming the leader of a gang and marabunta have been my favourite gang since i came in this city so I wanna become the leader of marabunta.

Reason #2 - From past few months all the gangs are very inactive and ghetto is empty most of the times. So I wanna change this and I wanna spread fear of ghetto again by making my term one of the most active term.

Reason #3- I have support from 2-3 families who have been playing in Gangs from more than a year and some have also been a leader of many gangs. So I know they will help me in making my term one of the most active terms till now
