1st : I'm a experienced player within Grand RP EN2 with the in game level of 10, with the majority of that time being in gangs, learning and building my experience up. I have now gained enough experience and knowledge on what it takes to be a good leader.
2nd : During my time in the city I have made many alliances that I truly believe would make an amazing term with activity not just in ghetto but events also. I have learnt in my time of being in the city its not just about numbers it is about quality, structure, organization and being active as a leader.
3rd : I honestly believe my personality and skillset is perfect for leading a gang and it would be an honour to lead Marabunta Grande. I'm confident I can bring active numbers to the gang, good participation to events, make ghetto more active and bring more RP to the city. Some of my ideas to improve the quality of RP in the city would be to do more hostage situations in a variety secluded areas such as,

- Small Airstrip by the farm
- Altruist Village
These ideas will improve the RP because it will bring a better variety of situation not just got gangsters but also for LEOS, This should make people more excited to RP and be active within the server.

a) I want to be the leader of Marabunta because I feel I'm more than capable to push Marabunta into the right direction. I have a good system to make sure we are allowing new people to enjoy RP but also not breaking the rules. I have experience at handling inside conflicts, balancing fun and also getting things done. Anyone can vouch that I'm one of the most approachable people you'll ever meet, I look at both perspectives and try the best to find medium grounds. I'm always open to different opinions. I'm a leader who can take criticism on things I lack or things I can do better in, cause in the end it'll all improve the gang experience for everyone. Being in multiple orgs I've learned so much on business deals and connections, and how to handle different personalities, how to delegate and be organized and how to run an empire. I've seen what goes wrong: how orgs are warned/disbanded, how rp between law enforcement and gangs works and fails, and how gangs engage with one another in events and around the city. I've got a couple ideas for events and roleplaying scenarios. So I think the first thing I'd like to address is RP within Marabunta, namely between the gang and other gangs. I gained a ton of leadership skills, and abilities. I would say I definitely understand the basic principles of leading, training, and producing players who know what to do and are able to effectively communicate and get their jobs done, and with this, I could easily lead a gang just as well. I've been in Vagos and Ballas before which could also back my SAHP experience and show that I understand the basic fundamentals of leading an org on the recruitment side and in general being in a place of leadership as well as knowledge of criminal structures.
b). I admire the RP backstory of Marabunta Grande as a gang in GTA lore too, which has made me fond of the gang itself. Also Marabunta has the best location then others gangs in the map from my prespective that's what I love the most and there terror in the city, when Marabunta comes in the city leos get active cause they know its the most active gang in the city and leos are afraid of this organization cause they win every event with max numbers.
c) Finally and most importantly, I want to become a legend with Marabunta Grande and finish a successful, term without any mistakes.

2.Also we will try to make alliances with some gangs cause many times when some gangs are together in events like hostage situations and etc, they are always winning cause of their numbers and terror and it will also help us be more powerful in the city and it can also benefit us in the turfs.
3.There will be no favouritism in the gang like people who become deputies give high command rank to their friends without any interview cause when those people go in events they do some big mistakes like when they are robbing someone they will do many silly mistakes or in any circle event they will do mistakes and as high commands they need to lead people but in those situations they will lead many people to the wrong direction which will cause gang disband, and to solve this issue I will take every guy interview for ranks even for joining they need to give interview to deputies if I am not available.

Ans - Since I am well-versed in the RP, turf, and leader rules, I feel secure and at ease becoming charge of the Marabunta Street Gang. I've been in the city for a while, and I've been playing Grand Theft Auto RP for five years. During that time, I've held high command and leadership positions in both legal and illegal organizations in many different cities. I quickly became accustomed to the rules here. I am the deputy leader of families in the second city, and I have experience in this one.
By introducing fresh tactics and concepts to the big RP community, I hope to transform the way we view role-playing. To attract the community to join my criminal organization, I'm hosting new kinds of globals, unlike the typical rev death match or megamall takeover.
Additionally, because most gangs these days are quite inactive and members don't attend events or backup calls, I would like to make my gang very active. To keep my gang active and functioning, I would like to put warning mechanisms in place similar to those in my family. A kick would be three warnings. One would receive a warning if they failed to attend an event, disregarded superiors, or refused to assist the gang in any manner. Since everyone or the majority of our members would be eager and willing to take part in events, I believe this approach would help make families the greatest gang in the city.
Aside from the possibility of earning some additional cash or a Pikachu sweatshirt, I would also like to concentrate on turfs for our gang and developing a strong turf team because, in my opinion, turfs are crucial from a human perspective. - I want to experience one of the best gangs in the city. I was under deputy in all gangs and there i have experienced the responsibility and fun of running a active gang ... now i want to become leader of marabunta and dominate the city and want to spread terror of our gang amongst the citizens and Leos of Los Santos.

-I was part of the Marabunta gang as an under deputy. I organized activities with friends, learned valuable lessons, and built connections. If I pass the interview, I'll use my network and knowledge to lead our gang to a platinum reputation.

-I Have Seen So Much Term's That Get Disbaned For Not Following The Rules They Get Verbals And The Terms End But As I Said I Have To Much Experience So I Will Teach My All Members To Follow All The Rules. As i will give priorities to each and every player
making sure not to break any rules and teach them the good way to do roleplay.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
1)- Will tell the HC to make POV for Every interview to make sure that No HC do biased interview and make it Equally interview to everyone.
2) Bonuses will be paid timely in order to create the members more interest in gang and they will participate in more activities
3) We will do activities on daily basis like Fz raid , store robbery , gun store robbery , clands , subs etc
4) Promotion will be given timely for active and deserving gang member
5) There will be no toxicity.

1 | i want to be leader of Marabunta gang org Because i have gained 35 years of experience in this city already and being reaching till here i have always been the good experince of both sides State orgs and criminal orgs also i have past exp in gang vagos and marbunta , , i,m curious person in every field so now is the time for me to start exploring things from the front and lead the path for my fellow mates and dominate everywhere .

2 | i want to implement new ideas and new things to the Marabunta gang wich is not happened before and make diffrent term and make my term diffrent from the other terms. i Implement new ideas and new things to the gang will make the other want to see the new things and try. Also I won't make bad ideas wich will lead to make my term bad. I want to make things wich is will make the other to have fun to have enjoy moments and unforgetable moments. I want to make things wich will make the others happy everytime, and i have been in this project for almost EXP than a and I have learned a lot in that time I have a high level of experience on both sides so I know everything on both Crime and State side of the game and that gives me a lot of advantages also under my leadership.

3 | Lastly people are now a days always complaining that city is dead , ghetto is dead , no fun in city so ill make sure that people do events not to complete their weekly criteria but ill do events daily like hostage situation, 24*7 , gun store, ghetto clapping in order to enjoy and have max fun in city and most importantly without breaking any rules

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

1 | In order to increase activity of my gang ill try to give max bonuses after every event no matter we win or loose this will indirectly motivate people to attend more events

2 | In events like FZ raid or battleship everything will be for gang members itself for gang there will be only half armor plates. This will attract them to get free loot

3 | Ill create max RP situations on daily basis in order to make it more interesting for my gang members as well as other orgs involved but keeping in mind and following all the rules

4 | i have good high commands and deputys he has past exp of both sides , and I have Good family support and 5 other familys are giving support under working my leadership as well.

1) I have been playing Grand RP for about 1 or 1.5 years. I have experienced all the situations. I have been the high command in many gangs many times. Now I feel that I can manage the gang term very well, I have all the gang experience, now I want to be a leader of Marabunta grande.

2) I am seeing that the ghetto seems empty without gangs and there are also fewer members in clans, so I will hire maximum members in my term and I will attend all the events with max members and do something that all the members enjoy and have fun, along with that I will be friendly with my members.

3) I was the first leader of the Los Nomadas gang in RP Grand Mobile and my tenure was successful and I also had 100% turf. I was also a deputy several times in RP Grand, so I think I can have a successful term in EN2 and I can also have 100% turf.

* hiring: I will hire members after I conduct proper interviews and I will help newbie who don't know about the rules.
