Rejected Threating I 0000

18 days ago my friend got ban for this reason he said me if you continue to do this i will open forum (he is not saying directly but Turkish admins can understand this) because he opened me another targeting forum before Rejected - Targeting | 0000 and it is threating to lay down as a condition for opening forum. also in this photo's down i am writing somethings i am not deceiving i didn't put messages after that because not about this if u want i can send it without a problem my purpose is not deceiving. I don't remember his ID but his phone number is 3101789
