I want to become admin because i was playing in this project from past Ten months so as i am a part of this project from very long time I learned lot of rules and i was part of different organization like EMS, GOV, LSPD, SAHP and FIB while working in those organizations I always have motive of helping and protecting the citizens so if i got a change to become admin i can help them even more and punish rule breakers.

   - Ever since I came in grand roleplay I was always fascinated by the role of an administrator, Making sure that no rules are broken, punishing rulebreakers, helping new players and assisting them throughout their roleplay journey. Now that I have gained enough experience from both EN-1 and EN-2, I would like to bring a change and become an administrator myself so that I can help people who were once new players like me and make sure they have a smooth journey throughout their time. I want to contribute the most from my side by punishing people who break the city rules and ensure the roleplay quality is maintained and not hampered with.

Honestly I want to be an admin in Grand rp because I've spend a lot of time in the server and I really care about the community. I've Seen both good and bad situations and I think I could actually help to make a difference by keeping things fair and fun. 2.What are your strengths?
I know the rules, and I stay calm under pressure and i like helping people out when they are confused or having issues and i just try to handle the situation fairly and i treat everyone with respect whether they are new to server or been around for a while.

3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
to be honest, sometimes I can be a bit too detail focused like i will double check or triple check things just to make sure I didn't miss anything and i trust easily and I m friendly that's my weakness.

I know the rules and I’m fair and I don’t play favorites, and I try to hear both sides before making a call. I’m also pretty active and always willing to help out when someone’s confused or something’s going on.

1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

I’ve been doing RP for a while now and learned a lot about how things work on the server — especially as a cop. But now I feel like I want to do something different and more useful. Being an admin means I can help people, stop rule breaks, and keep the server fun for everyone. I enjoy solving problems and helping new players, so I think this is a good.

I’m active almost every day and I’ve been in different orgs like LSPD, SAHP, FIB, NG, and even Bloods, so I’ve seen both state and crime sides. I know the rules really well and I understand how most things work. I try to stay calm in tough situations and I like helping people when they’re confused or stuck.

Sometimes I overthink small situations or take a bit more time to decide when things get complicated.And i aslo have a sympathize behavior.

   - Spending an extended period in this city, I've become familiar with its rules and laws. In the legal organization, I've also learned about crime rules and laws.    - Ever since I came in grand roleplay I was always fascinated by the role of an administrator, Making sure that no rules are broken, punishing rulebreakers, helping new players and assisting them throughout their roleplay journey. Now that I have gained enough experience from both EN-1 and EN-2, I would like to bring a change and become an administrator myself so that I can help people who were once new players like me and make sure they have a smooth journey throughout their time.
