Q1 Introduction My name is Liam (Jacob in city) and I am an Experienced Role player and have been doing this since more than 3 Year and i also have good leadership skills which is the reason i have applied for the LSPD Leadership.

Q2 Why do want to become chief of police? I have experience of being High command in LEO organisations and i have seen that the lspd is typically least active organization during special events and they are not hosting enough Spec Ops. I have a clear plan of how to change LSPD activity, starting with bonuses for leading and attending LSPD Spec ops, Strikes for officers who do not attend spec ops while in city (exceptions are made if there was a ic issue) in addition i will often take my officers through mock spec ops to make sure they fully understand all patrolling routes and how gang raids work.

Q3 What are your advices for improving roleplay?

1.I believe that LSPD is the heart and soul of the city and most powerful organisation besides FIB, therefore I will set meetings with LSPD Officers every week to see what we could do to improve and I will make sure that no problems are made.

2.I will prioritise situations such as store robberies and hostage situations to ensure that LSPD is sending max numbers.

3. I will ask my assistant chiefs to keep an overview of all my high commands logs to ensure they are capable of their position and they are frequently completing there work to a high enough standard.

4. In addition NOBODY will be allowed access into LSPD organization without taking a interview no matter their previous rank or previous org, no matter if they are friends with myself or my deputy chiefs they must take an interview.

Q4 Why should we choose you as a Leader Ans- I have experience in all LEO organizations giving me a look at some of the best law enforcement officers in the city and for my LSPD term i already have some amazing people in mind to make sure my term is incredible. there will be daily reminders in the LSPD emails for all officers based on general knowledge for example do not attend the ghetto ATM robbery alone, make sure to fill out your logs, mark areas in which legal organisations may not enter whilst on duty and also that under no circumstances may an officer use lspd guns while off duty or use an lspd vehicle for personal use.

1. When I was new in city I didn't know about any rules. and after some time I join SAHP as a trooper and I spend most of the time on duty as a leo and I was respectful guy and work harder for organization but after some time I was bored in SAHP so I risgn from SAHP and join other organization as a high command. I gain many experiences by doing some mistakes. So I believe that now I am capable to become leader of LSPD.

2. As a leader, I would focus on creating a supportive culture where every member knows their role, feels valued, and is encouraged to grow and succeed. I understand how to maintain discipline while also keeping the environment fun and engaging. I want to build a more organized, active, handles every situation smartly and earn the trust of the every citizens. I will try my best to save city from criminals. I believe good leadership is about building others up.

3. I want to improve the LSPD from the inside out by strengthening training systems, creating clear rank structures, rewarding active members and make sure our presence is strong in city. I've learned how to manage people, resolve conflicts and motivate teams. I want to build a positive culture in the departments where members feel respected and motivated to grow. Leadership mean taking responsibility, making tough decisions and bring out the best in your organization.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. My main focus is on HR department because in the start of the term HR is main department to hire and train peoples. I will hire best HR department handlers so I will not get any complaint from citizens about HR department.

2. I will give maximum bonuses so that every member of organization get motivated and work more harder.

3. I will do promotion ceremony every sunday so that every member get there works results and get there promotion.

4. I will make friendly environment so that every member feel free to talk.

5. I will look into every problems that made by our members and solve it without any conflict.


Strike System:
Strike 1: They will receive warn.

Strike 2: They will get demoted
Strike 3: Fire from the organization.

Departments:
HR: This department will hire new citizens in our organization and give them training.
SWAT: This department attend every events and global. and they will host spec ops to save city from criminals.
IA: This will handle internal matters in organization and they will do logs check up, trunk check ups and etc. and there main work to punish those member who are breaking rules of the organization.
Detective: This department work with FIB to collect evidences and catch those criminals who are selling illegal items in city.
TEU: This department will do petrol every week so that citizens are not breaking any rules.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

· I would try to improve the rp by making the interaction between leos and gangs more intellectual and realistic as currently i dont see people in server being interested in doing rp rather they prefer just making money and name i want to change this mindset and make a successful term with enhanced rp

· I would try to make max activity as possible as there is not much activity i see from legal organization and gangs if i became a leader i would look into this issue and make my colleagues more active and always ready to respond to any situation with proper rp eventhough it is atm robbery.

2.1 It was my wish to be the leader of LSPD as it was the first Legal Org for me and it was a stepping stone for me and I worked most in LSPD around 5 to 6 terms as I liked it very much . LSPD is in city and one of the most important org to go for and also it plays a huge role in Stopping Criminal activities .

2.2 As I have most of my experience in LSPD now I want to lead the LSPD and want to make it active Org and want to make it one of the most active ORG in City

2.3 I am Willing to make LSPD most active and fascinating ORG and want that LSPD properly do RP and do not do rule breaks also I have so many officers who are very experienced and active also their RP is very good . 3. Your advices for improving roleplay level in the Organization .

3.1 As we all know for the healthy regulation of the ORG you need your HR department to be the strongest . I will make sure my HR department becomes strongest of all and they do not do any kind of favouritism . I will hire very experienced and good ACP who will overlook the whole department

3.2 IA is also one of the most important department to regulate org perfectly and I will make sure my IA department will work very smooth and under no pressure from anyone also I will give liberty to ACP of IA and all the officers of IA . As Myself being IA in every ORG I know the importance of IA

3.3 All the departments are very important for regulating the ORG perfectly and I hereby confirm that I will make sure ACP of every department is active and hardworking

3.4 For better growth of ORG you should have good relations with other ORG's . I will make sure I have good relations with other Organizations and If any kind of Chaos or Ruckuss happens in between the ORG I will solve it ASAP . Also will make sure this does not happens again

3.5 I will make sure that there is no Toxicity in the Organization or any kind of Unconditional Behaviour . If anyone found doing so will be face severe consequences .

3.6 For Growth of the ORG most important task is that you should treat your officers like friend . I will make good relations with my officers and personally hear their problems and will look if there is anything going on or HC's are doing power abuse I will personally deal with them

HR : Hiring officers and training them to serve the state of San Andreas and training them to help citizens

SWAT : Specially trained units working day and night to protect people of state of San Andreas and doing Spec Ops to look that there is no rise of crime

IA : Looking that there is no corruption going on in organization and also will look that there is no rule break from officers and punishing them if they do so

Detective : Working with collaboration of FIB and going undercover in city to catch Arms and Drug smugglers also taking evidences from events against gang and helping FIB to protect them the city from gangs

3. Roleplay works best when we’re all on the same page. I’d focus on making communication simple and clear, whether it’s within the organization or when we’re working with other organizations, so everything runs smoothly.


4. It’s important to recognize those who put in extra effort. I’d set up a way to acknowledge great roleplay and teamwork, so everyone feels valued for what they bring to the Organization.

5. Meetings with NG/FIB/SAHP would conclude certain operations like spec ops and tactical trainings for units to improve understanding and skills towards the city.

Human Resources and Training : This department will focus on hiring and training purposes of the organization.

SWAT : This department will consist of specially trained police officer for the field work and will lead other members of the organization in any situation.

Detective Bureau : This department will have members having detective skills, who can work secretly to gather evidences of a criminal act without revealing their identity

Internal Affairs : This department will handle all the internal matters of the organization that includes all members license checkup, disciplinary actions, regular background checks, and members can also share if they are having any problem in the org with this department.

Traffic Enforcement Unit: This department focus will be to ensure the traffic safety of the citizens, they will issue fines incase of traffic rule breaks and toe the vehicles from illegal parking areas, this all can help the normal citizens to feel safe while driving and ensure no one can harm them due to reckless driving.

2.1 LSPD is my second State Organization where I spent my 2 weeks as a patrol officer . However patrol officer is not much higher post to get knowledge about laws enforcement those who are new in city and don't have a knowledge about the state organization for those guys it will be good post . I gain experience in State Organization my higher rank in LSPD is COS I get my post in the basics of hardwork and my dedication it will be a honour for me. This is my all journey in LSPD how I become a COS in LSPD.


2.2 My wish is become a leader in State Organization. However I don't have a deputy experience in State Organization but I know myself that everything is possible in basics of hardwork how much I have experience in LSPD or In other organization it's sufficient for me.

2.3 I want to gain more experience as Leader of LSPD that why I choose LSPD because it is a perfect organization for me to gain exp more about State Organization as a Leader.


3. Advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization:

I have many ideas to improve the role play level in organization I list some of them

3.1 In my term their is no equality with their rank a mutual respect to each officer whether he was a patrol officer or a high command.

3.2 Bonus system will be improved.

3.3 No abusing to high command by any officers and as well as citizen too.

3.4 Per week a deserving candidate deserved good bonus and and their respective rank too.

3.5 Their should no unauthorized promotion done by high command but they can do a promotion request for the officer who deserved the rank.

3.6 Hired most active Night-Shifter as much as possible and very good amount of bonus paid to them

3.7 Promotion Ceremony will be always on time.

3.8 No inactivity in any department. Specially Human Resource always respond on time

3.9 Specially the major thing attending the reception i see the last two terms of LSPD if citizen call employee at reception no one came at that time. So in my term my HR attend the reception call to help the citizen.

3.10 One major thing about the Leader And Deputy activity I Give My 100 Percentage To Show More Activity Than 8 -10 Hours But Not
as a ( Afk ) As a Active Unit Of LSPD I attend events With my units And If deputy not Showing Good Activity I will give him a demotion from his post. However I have very good deputy they definitely show more activities.

2.1: RP Experience: My experience in roleplay being high commands of multiple orgs and being the current deputy chief of police will help me establish a great term, my targets for the term and deducing skills will help me take better and decisive decisions. Along with my experience and the support of my peers, I will be able to envision a term which is far more active and RP based than the pre-existing terms.

2.2: Visions for the ORG: I have many good plans for the org which I can implement upon getting the term. Such as realistic IR set. A systematic guide for HC's appeal. New IA workflow logic along with better PR-like department. Some new roles will be assigned to pre existing ranks along with new SF team with different units.

2.3: My Connections: With my family and current friends whom I have unshakable faith on, I can rely on them to assist me after getting the term. They will ensure the smooth workflow throughout the term with no hiccups. A lot of them are experienced individual themselves who will be able to handle the work of an HC and will do their level best to provide the best outputs. My experienced deputies will manage the workflow as well. This co-ordination and faith among us with enable us to easily create one on of the most memorable terms which serves as an example for everyone to look upto.

3.1: Having realistic divisions/departments serving realistic purposes.
3.2: Tolerating no toxicity/unprofessional/immoral actions in the org.
3.3: Making sure no one breaks the IR's including the HC's and if they do so, then they are served with deserved disciplinary actions.
3.4: Having fair promotion ceremonies conducted at regular intervals.
3.5: Making sure a new officer is given proper training to ensure they never do a rulebreak on duty.

a) Experience, Dedication & Leadership Readiness

Over the past 90+ days, I’ve fully committed myself to law enforcement within the city—gaining key experience and proving myself through both front-line duty and leadership roles. I started in the LSPD, rising from trainee to senior officer, and further expanded my knowledge by serving with SAHP for over two months. This gave me a well-rounded understanding of law enforcement operations across departments. I was later invited back to LSPD as Lieutenant of FTO, and I currently serve as the Deputy Chief of Police. These roles allowed me to lead essential units, guide recruits, and manage day-to-day operations. My leadership style is hands-on and adaptive, and my experience gives me a clear edge when it comes to running the department effectively.



b) Vision for Growth and structure



I’m applying with a clear plan—not just ambition. I have a strategy to improve the department structurally and professionally. This includes introducing an organized call sign system, establishing a clear and fair strike policy, and assigning ranks such as Sergeant and Lieutenant with defined responsibilities to improve career paths and department efficiency. My objective has always been to put together a team of individuals that work together and carry out their duties as a unit. I'll do my best to inspire them and improve the team every day. We will work with other state organizations as a LSPD organization to eradicate criminal activity in the State of Los Santos.

About the ranks and respect: I mean to emphasize that I will make sure that everyone is treated fairly and with the respect they deserve because I have observed in many organizations that many High Commands treat the lower levels with disdain. Promotion ceremonies will be held every week, and officers who put in extra effort will be granted bonuses. Our (IA) Department will supply the list of the most active and diligent officers.

I gain max experience in Legal Organization my higher rank in LSPD is COS I got my post in the basics of hardwork and my dedication it will be a honour for me. 3.9 Specially the major thing attending the reception i see the last two terms of LSPD if citizen call employee at reception no one came at that time. So in my term my HR attend the reception call to help the citizen.

2.1. I have being playing Grand RP from over 1.5 years. I have spent a lot of time as a law enforcement officer. Especially, within LSPD. I have served previously as a Deputy Chief of Police, and currently serving as a Temp Leader. This has given me a lot of experience in handling the organization, managing the org members, situations. I have learned that how to lead both internal and external situations. I believe that now I can take the proper leadership and run LSPD is a smooth way.

2.2. My interest is been always in the state side. I enjoy the RP scenarios given in state side. I enjoy doing patrolling, responding to calls, and taking participation in different events as a LEO and performing negotiations in the hostage situations. LSPD is a very important organization as the crime rate within their jurisdiction is considered as the highest because of Ghetto. It does city patrol and more things. I want to make these things more better by making more organized RP that feels more realistic.

2.3. LSPD is a large organization and a strong team is the key to a successful terms. I wanted to create a good, friendly, and professional environment in the organization where every member is treated equally. I will focus on helping new members or recruits learn them properly. I want every officer to feel their efforts valuable. Teamwork, respect, good communication, good environment will be the main pillars of the leadership.

Every member of the group is supposed to undergo a structured training program that teaches them RP rules and proper communication and how to act in different types of situations. That way everyone can know how to act professional in RP.

3.2.Establish Good and Serious RP:
A great RP world encourages members to be active and adhere to the rules. Promoting team play, being considerate of ranks, and staying IC subject to role-play, all help foster a good RP environment.

3.3. Enforce Strict RP Rules:
Distinct and firm RP rules should be clear and must be abided by by one and all. These rules must prescribe punishment for non-RP conduct, but also reward good RP from those who consistently maintain it. Thus, the organization remains disciplined and professional.

3.4.Analyze the Failures to Learn, and To Provide Feedback:
If someone makes a mistake, don’t correct with punishment, correct with guidance. Post scene or event feedback sessions can assist members to get better without feeling disheartened.

3.1. While recruiting , I want to find folks who really care about working together, building friendships, and keeping things positive. I'm searching for people who either know the city and general laws already or are willing to learn them - we'll definitely provide training for anyone who needs it. I'll make sure everyone understands how important it is to work together as a team and help each other out

3.2. All the new people we bring on board will complete our improved training program so they can pick things up quickly and begin making a meaningful contribution to the LSPD right from their first day.

3.3. I've noticed that some law enforcement officers don't always act professionally when things get tough, so I'm going to make sure we maintain high standards of professionalism no matter what happen

3.4. To keep everything running smoothly and professionally, I'll have my Field Training Officers and HR staff show new recruits the right way to use RP commands like /me, /do, and /try.

3.5. During my term, I will strive to build a culture of shared respect in which every officer is made to feel valued, regardless of rank. 1:-We value teamwork, thus we will host weekly meetings where everyone can contribute their thoughts. This allows us to better understand each other . We also use real-life events in our activities to make training more realistic. In addition, we teach our team basic city rules so that they are better prepared for their tasks. 2:-We want to ensure that everyone's hard work is appreciate particularly in hardworking dep \ such as IA and HRT. and due to their hardwork we have to give them good bonus to boost their confidence . We'll also award high prize to top performers every week to motivate them to achieve thier best . This is my way of expressing my love towards my agents and keeping them motivated.
