Rejected Bug abuse + NLR / 99530

dear respected admins,
i was just standing at my fam house and suddenly a guy was dead and he was doing bug abuse because he was pointing his finger and i just took a picture and i saw him again after couple of minutes with a pink car and i assume that he died and rented a car came to my fam house that is clearly NLR and bug abuse i want him to get punished!
