The Three specific Reasons Why I choose to be Leader of Marabunta :-

2.1:- Marabunta is one of the Most oldest Gang in the city and it’s my most fun gang and i kind of like the color of the gang. But it has been inactive for a while so i want to bring back the marabunta as the peak it was before, if I get chance to get leadership I will try my best to do max 24/7 Store and Gun store Robberies and all the other events.

2.2:- If I Get leadership of Marabunta, I will try to break the record of max store and max Gun store (Hopefully). I will make most responsible High-command to make the term successful with least possible Rule breaks. I will also provide good bonus and I will give promotion to people who are active in Marabunta. I will give my best to make most active term of Marabunta so then it can be actually remembered by everyone... (Alright, I'll say it myself i got too much high hopes)

2.3:- In my term I will add a strike system (Yes, I've been a Leo for too long now) and if a person gets 3 strike he will be kicked from the Organization (Yes, I mean kicked as in Literally) and I will hand-pick my High commands so that they are Good people who have good experience and Have good behavior with others and they do not misuses the power (tough but manageable...). As Leader of Marabunta I will try to improve Role play by:-

3.1:- As The Leader of Marabunta I will make a team for Ghetto Clapping and Graffiti so that we can get people to do things they are better at...

3.2:- In My term I will make my gang active everywhere so we can do max hostage situations and be one of the most active gang in the City...

3.3:- I will make my term capable enough so that people can actually remember me as someone good...

3.4:- I will teach people about role play and my deputy will do that too, Also I will make The deputy most responsible person and those who have good behavior...

1)= roleplay quality in these day in city is getting worst day by day main and one of the biggest reason is favoritism i will not do i think we should rate our gang member as their knowledge not by how they are close to me this should be fix in city ASAP.
2)= I will try to make sure that my gang will do all the Criminal activities like Gun Store Robbery, Hostage Situation, Fort Zancudo Raid, BattleShip, Clandestine, Car theft, Subs and every single activity of gang i will make sure performed by ballas every single day.
3)= as i said before i want my term active 24/7 so i have to appoint deputy from all time zone.
4)= i will appoint 10 graffiti leader each leader have a team who do graffiti for max profit every hour.
5)= turf is one of the most interesting and important thing in gang so i will make 2 turf leader and team of best turf team so that we can get 100% turf.

I spent most of my time playing on this server in CRIME organizations, which means that I have very good experience and am familiar with the duties and tasks that an active gang should perform. I also spent some time in STATE organizations, and I gained experience and knowledge for STATE organizations as well, which enabled me to get to know police tactics and positions that I have to watch out for as a gang leader.
I would like to try new things and new challenges, so far I have not had the opportunity to be a leader on the current Nexus RP server, I want to try myself in that challenge. I have tried myself in different things and I think I have matured for this position.
Strategic thinking and vision: I consider myself an excellent person who has serious strategic thinking that will help in winning various actions and tasks. I know how to lead a team and make it strong enough to achieve anything. My time, honesty, passion and love for work are enough to make me a good leader. In addition, I make quick decisions, which can bring us victory at any moment, and I think I will bring my organization to the top.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

First of all, I want all illegal organizations (Ballas, Vagos, Bloods, Marabunta, Families) to be friendly, just like all STATE organizations are friends with each other, I believe that this will improve RP and facilitate most robberies and actions.
We will organize events in order to get to know each other better and make friends with other organizations.
I want us to make as many smart plans as possible, which will give the STATE a serious task and to prepare well for our actions, so that we can easily carry out all actions successfully.
I will introduce a stricter interview process with different situations, so that I can see if all the members of my organization know the rules of the server, because the main reason for the breakup of gangs is the lack of proper RP knowledge, with the fact that new, not so experienced members make the most mistakes.
My applications for new members will always be open, the main reason is that I want to have an active and successful organization.

I will inform all of them about this and i will teach them about how to do great interviews. I will not accept people who do not know the city rules. I'll let them join Marabunta Grande after they learn all the rules.

Reason#1 hi i am Tejash blade i have a very good experience in gang and legal org and i join many gangs to take a knowledge how to handle the gang and some gangs I was a high command and before past term of Marabunta Grande they do you most of rule break and i want to fix that all thing and i have very good knowledge about the gang and when i was in the gang i see most of the times fz raid and gun store and store robbery many times fail and no Max member in event and i want to take a experience how to manage whole gang becoming the leader of Marabunta Grande and i want to test my leader skill and I will teach all things about the gang member and some rule also and how to work in the gang properly and i will try no one break the rule any rule break happen and I will take a strict action that guy and I will bring a strike system and fist strike warning and second Strike demotion and third strike fire from org and I will make my gang very best and I will come back the name of this gang again and I have a very big plan to make a gang very good and I have a some plans about store robbery and fz raid and gun store robbery and i will increase the max members in this event and other event also and I have some more plans gang become in top level in everything gang event will be all successful and this will be i do when i becoming the leader of Marabunta Grande and I will bring promotion system in a week every gang member and bonus system also and i have some more plan about turf and all event please give me this opportunity.

Reason #2 - when i go in ghetto most of the times ghetto is empty and i see past 2 months all the gangs are very inactive and So I want to change this rule and I want to spread a fear of ghetto again of this gang by making my term two of the most active term in city. i see every gang that have a some gang members get 15 rank and 14 rank easily and he don't know the rules. and any thing about the gang and i will not promote anyone without taking his interview of Deputy or under deputy and i check how much knowledge about gangs and i some gang member wants to become a high command i will take a fist proper interview of high command so I check how knowledge he have after giveing his interview and I will take random interview also of every gang mumber and they will teach new gang member how to do ghetto clapping and highway robbery and how to attend the events

• Always interact IC (in character) — no OOC (out of character) talk in gang meetings or operations.

  • Even simple things like checking territories, patrolling areas, or holding RP trainings add depth.
