Dear Senior Admin,

I hope you're doing well. I'm writing to appeal my recent 60-day ban issued by Admin: Raiky_Broddy on 17.05.2025, for the reason GR 1.9 (Tax Evasion).

I would like to clarify the situation that led to this ban. The transaction in question involved Player ID 50706, where I sold a car at state value. After the sale, I transferred some money to him for the visual upgrade of my own vehicle, the Pfister 911 Turbo. This included cosmetic changes such as color customization and modifications — it was not intended as a method to evade tax or bypass any server systems.

The player had access to the vehicle because I am the family owner, and family members can access shared vehicles. This is all visible and verifiable through the logs.

I’ve been a part of EN3 since the beginning and have always done my best to follow server rules, as reflected in my clean punishment history. If anything was done incorrectly, I sincerely apologize and assure you it was unintentional.

I respectfully request that you review the logs and consider lifting or reducing the ban, as I truly enjoy being part of this server and community.
