As you see in the above POV, ID 48888 was profusely jogging on the DOC Gates possibly having a morning jog to stay healthy and fit. We decided to detain and thereafter arrest him to ask about his secret to a healthy lifestyle. As I tased to make him stop he Combat Logged mostly as he didn't want us to know his secret of being so fit
