Hello Dear Senior Admins, I was banned for GR 4.1 which is for using any software for cheats but as you can see in my POV I wasn't using anything, It was a game glitch due to which Snow fury gave me Ban. It happens with me without any Redux also when my screen went from black to clear while unconscious.
I request senior admins to look into this matter, because it's not my fault it's game glitch and If necessary you can call me for PC check.
