Randomly shooting or rushing a player violates RP conduct and could fall under RDM (Random Deathmatch) or FailRP.

3. Confiscating weapons "to stop him from doing it again"
This is not a valid IC reason unless:

The person is convicted or caught in the act with proof,

There’s a proper arrest, and

The confiscation is done with correct RP steps.

Confiscating without proper charges is corruption or FailRP.

4. “It’s the officers’ choice to arrest or not”
Wrong. In Grand RP:

Police must follow protocol and penal codes.

They cannot act on personal will.

Just because an officer chooses not to arrest or lets someone go doesn't mean it's allowed IC. If this is done in exchange for bribes or without reason, it's corruption.

5. Swearing at an officer = instant arrest?
Yes, disrespecting an officer can be an IC crime, but context matters:

Was it provoked?

Was the arrest justified within penal code?

If all procedures are followed, this is fine.
If done emotionally or abusively, it can fall under Abuse of Power.

The conduct described is corruption, and trying to defend it IC does not excuse it OOC.

What kind of leo's goes to ghetto kills someone revives confiscates and tells him to run away? if i see this again i will issue harsher punishments.
