As we can see in his pov the first thing is he is standing still and clearly he is targeting here and also the armour was broken by other 2 guys and the last shot was from other direction so there is no point like he is using cheats to broke his armour in 2 3 bullets and also it is possinle because there are 2 guys shooting at him and also his bullet traces are more visible than the regula.
