   I would like to be admin because I enjoy helping out the server. It's been wonderful to RP, but I have realized I enjoy helping people, solving and preventing conflict, and increasing the quality of the RP environment even more so.
   I just want to assist the keeping the server fair, fun, and clean for all. I have been playing RP long enough to know what is expected from players, but also from them so I am sure I will do a good job if I am given an opportunity.
   I am leaving RP, it’s not because I dont like RP, I want to help and I feel like admin work is where I, personally, can get the most done.

   I am fair when making decisions, am able to remain calm under stress, and take my authority seriously. Finally I am a very dedicated and hardworking person, if I start something I will make sure that I finish it correctly.    One of my flaws is I occasionally get fed up or frustrated when things don’t go as planned, or when people don’t follow rules after being warned. But I am working on how to be a little more patient, calm myself down and keep my cool when it happens.    My strengths are definitely problem solving, strategizing, and a fair attitude. 1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   I have been exploring and loving this beautiful city for almost 5+ years now. Surely there were fair shares of ups and downs that the city taught me and in the entire process I got to learn loads. This game helped me recover IRL and that's why buying GCs at times felt like nothing. The point remains that this game has given me a lot and if I got an opportunity to give back I always will do so. Be it helping the server ICly or OOCly. I have been helping for the betterment of the server and irrespective of what this application's result will be, i will always continue helping.
2. What are your strengths?
   If i have to point out a few of my strengths they would be, patience with new individuals, openness to learn, mindset to benefit the server and overall helpful nature within to make sure the quality of Roleplay always remains on top and keeps improving.
3. What are your weaknesses?
   With strengths, ofcourse come a few weakness like, i am at times super emotional towards oneself and tend to feel sympathetic for them.

   I have always been a great admirer and promoter of Roleplay one step further than many and i feel, with my addition to the team, My primary focus would be to work maximum on the Roleplay aspect of the project.

   So I do have my IRL Business but I am pretty sure i will be able to deal with tasks assigned to me to the best of my abilities and wont be disappointing.

   Ofcourse, speaking of the elephant in the Room, All of you know my History, what all has happened and still you were always super super unbaised. Ans- I have enjoyed my RP life and carrier for 2 or more years so far. I have gained experience from both spheres of the RP world (crime and state). I have been deputy of LSPD as well as SAHP and have gained a lot of experience and would love to gain new responsibility and experience. The admin team would be a brand new adventure for me. I think I will be a great fit for the admin team and can guide the servers players and help them do better RP.
